Boyd Brieser was an excellent and honest sales person. He knew what he was doing
and knew his trucks. Helped me find a 2001 2wd diesel longbed. The sales department
also fixed the A/c before I took delivery and didn't fight me on replacing the
vacuum pump after it developed a leak 120 miles after delivery

This dealership has absolutely no interest in standing behind their vehicles.
I purchased a used Ram 1500 that was supposedly a "certified" used
vehicle, and have had nothing but problems since day one. The FIRST day I drove
it, the check engine light came on. They charged me for the service. Since then
I have racked up over $4000 in service bills, and the check engine light just
came on again last month. Of course, when I called, they told me it would be
another huge chunk of change to diagnose the problem, which may or may not be,
the same problem I have been having for two years now, and they can't seem to
fix!!!
I really like Dodge vehicles. But after seeing the way they stand behind their
products, I will never set foot on a Dodge dealer's lot again.

The Thief in the Sales department (Rocky) told me he would sell me two "Optional"
parts at "HIS" cost. Turns out that "HIS" cost was almost
twice what I would have paid if I would have walked in off the street. Then,
after one of "HIS" contractors sliced a hole in my seat, this "fine"
dealership tried to charge me for a replacement seat. Finally, after they called
me and admitted to the problem, and told me that they would cover the seat replacement
costs, they tried to stick me with an $87 labor bill. This dealership not only
likes to stab you in the back, after twisting the knife, they expect you to
clean up the mess. Carl Burger Dodge will never see another dime from me!!

Avoid all interactions with this dealer, they will screw the customer and then
blame it on the customer. If I ever feel the need to buy a Dodge again, I will
take the drive to Poway for better service all around.
Sorry that I ever stepped foot on this dealership.

we went to buy a ram truck and Mike Wilson "sales person" tried it
all. meaning bait and switch,incompetence, "they all do that" and
he also didn't know all that much about your products. it was an all around
experience i would just rather forget. however we are still shopping for a new
truck.
P.S.Mike Wilson is a TERRIBLE salesman...

Sales uses bait and switch. Service fights you all the way if you have an extended
warranty on a used vehicle. Go any where else or fix it yourself. Much less
trouble.

I have bought four vehicles from this dealer and would still buy from them.
The sales department wants to take care of you and is willing to make the extra
effort. All my vehicles have been serviced here. And again the service department
has always gone the extra mile. I recommend them highly. Of course don't expect
them to fix something if you have decided to become your own warranty shop (after
market enhancements). Though I must admit, I have added quite a few power enhancements
and they still are willing to work with me (within reason).

Bought truck from fleet service. Excellent service. Price was $5 off. No surprises.
Took truck into body shop. Did excellent job on prior service on another truck.
This time the bumper looked like a second. Imperfections, wavy and misaligned.
Was told that's how business is done. Show him a truck with original bumper
and compared with mine. Acknowledged looked poor but all the replacement they
had looked like what I have. Got a Pep Boys bumper of all thing and was better
than what the dealer offered.

"Your suppose to get lots of oil leaking up front on the Cummins, it is the
crankcase vent so it is designed to do that...that TSB is only for extreme cases".
Their Parts Dept is not much better..way over priced and they want to sell the
whole package not the individual part.

Sales=Fair, Service=Poor,
Bought a certified 1999 Ram 1500, 4X4, for my son. It's a nice truck, but was
not what I would consider "Certified" when we took delivery. The front brake
rotors were badly scored; the rear end had a wine; the truck pulled to the right;
the oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, cap and rotor all needed replacing;
and there were some other minor items that should have been caught during the
101 point inspection. After a minor battle, we did get the front brakes replaced,
the fluid changed in the rear end, and the alignment checked. We did our own
tune-up, oil and filters which improved the gas mileage by 2 mpg. The truck
still pulls to the right. I think there front end guy is either lazy or doesn't
know how to align a straight axle front end. Guess I'll have to take it to an
independent shop to get the front end done correctly.
A friend of mine bought a "certified" 2000 Dakota the following week and had
a similar experience. Dirty filters, etc. They gave him a new air filter. Very
generous of them. I guess it's a good thing he's the district manager for a
major chain of automotive service centers so he can get his Dakota serviced
right. My wife used to take our Intreped to Carl Burgers for service, before
we sold it, and was usually pleased with the way they treated her. We also purchased
a 1989 Caravan (new) from them before we bought the Intrepid.
I am seriously considering buying a 2003 Ram 1500 or 2500 when the new Hemi
comes out. However I wont be buying it from Carl Burgers Dodge World. There
not a 5 star dealer as far as I'm concerned. I'll be taking my business to one
of their competitors.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Poor,
Sales department was excellent. Took truck back approximately 12 trips to correct
cosmetic flaw. Haggles over who will cover the cost, sales or service. Truck
kept shifting out of OD. Service could not duplicate the problem long enough
to fix it. Was told when trans fails to bring it back in. 5 star sales department,
lucky if the service rates 1 star.

Finance department made an error on option and cost me an additional $150. Truck
had little problems but took 6 trips to correct them. Battle between who is
picking up the tab.... sales or service

Sales=Good, Service=Excellent,
Sales was a little slippery, and I was unhappy with the way my (used) truck
was prepped (after I was promised that it was in top shape). I complained, and
a sales manager gave me a $150.00 credit to have the truck properly serviced
(which was cool). Service was excellent, and found that the trans/torque converter
needed an overhaul, and gladly did the work (rather than just pass the buck,
change the fluid, and wait until the 3 month warranty had expired to let it
blow up). I am very impressed with the service dept.

Sales=Good, Service=Don't Know,
Salesman was knowledgeable about the truck. Problems arose while discussing
price - we agreed to a 7 year 100 thousand mile bumper to bumper warranty but
when we went into financing their story changed to 5 years
