Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know, bought there=Yes,
We went to family motors (Crown Dodge) with some friends to look at some trucks.
This is about the 10th dodge dealers we had been to in the last month, looking
for that “Perfect deal”. I must say this is the place to go. The
trade in value was very fair for the Mustang and I left feeling like we got
a good deal. The young men who work there were fair, polite and always had a
smile on their face. But most of all, this entire group has a sense of humor.
It was 11:00 p.m. by the time we got out and never once did I feel rushed to
hurry up and get out so they could go home. Do not mistake Family Motors (Crown
Dodge) in Fillmore for the Crown dodge in Ventura, they are not the same place
or the same people. A Big thank you to Bobby and his brother for making this
truck buying experience a good one.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Poor,
The sales team was great. Had a good experience with them. Service was another
matter. The first truck I bought - 1999 Ram 1500 quad cab. Had a tear in one
of the decals and some black paint spots on the passenger side of the bed. They
ordered a new decal and sent it to an outside shop to have the decal swapped
and the paint spots removed. After 3 times in and out, the decal was completely
ruined - the shop had tried to paint the area where the decal was, but they
did a terrible job. The paint spots appeared to have been sanded off with 80
grit sand paper and never buffed out. In the first 30 days I 'had' the truck,
the dealer had it for 18. I made some noise and they undid the deal and got
me into a new truck. Sales saved Service on that one. The replacement truck
has had a few issues. First, it has a persistent tapping noise coming from the
engine compartment. They've changed the purge solenoid bracket according to
a TSB, but the noise is still there. They've told me everything from it's normal
noise to I don't hear it to the meters on the injectors were making it to "new
engine blues" (parts manager on that one). I've mentioned the noise every single
time I've had it in for service. I recently asked for my service history to
be printed out and less than half of the tickets mention my request to have
the noise investigated. On top of that, they've been through 4 service managers
in 2 1/2 years. Seems like the '5 Star' rating is way too easy to get. These
guys have it, but they don't deserve it.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Unlike their counterpart in Ventura (where I live), these guys will accept the
fact that some of us do know how much the dealer paid for the vehicle and will
talk to you. Very courteous and polite. Felt like I walked away with a deal.
I have also never had a problem with service there. Always fixes the truck on
the first visit and never takes more than a few hours.
