I took my 2003 Caravan in for its 30,000 mile service; the transmission was broken when I got it back. That was in the middle of December, 2004 and they still have it. It is now 1/1/05 and they finally told us what was the problem yesterday -- clutch packs failed because the electronics were not good. It took them 2/1/2 weeks for them to find that out and order the parts.
All of that could be forgiven if they had kept us in the loop about what was going on -- they didn't. We have had to call them constantly for updates because if we didn't we simply didn't hear from them. I have complained to their customer service rep. -- Mr. Arnold -- who promised to look into the matter and call me back. Never heard from him again.
The only thing they have repeatedly told us is that this "isn't something they caused." It just happened at the same time they did the transmission service. Coincidence? Hmmmm. I don't know. In any event, we have been treated very poorly by this dealership after we bought this van from them and I definitely wouldn't recommend that anyone buy a car or van from them in the future -- or if you do, stay away from their service department! Don't trust these people at all.

Repairs done as promised and on time. If any problems come up are quick to call. They have been easy to deal with. Asked for print out on truck history as I bought it used. No problem.
