This dealer is by far the worst auto dealer (whether car or truck). I visited this dealer in hopes of educating myself about this vehicle. I was honest with the salesperson and told him that I am just checking the dodge ram 1500 series out and would like to know some basic information about the vehicle before purchasing it. I did my homework as best I could - surfing the web and also reading the Ram brochure from front to back. I asked the salesperson about various packages and they knew nothing about the truck. No wonder the dealer was empty with no one in sight. Told the salesperson that I was only interested in the graphite metallic color and he basically pushed me into looking at colors no where near the graphite. Asked for a different salesperson and ended up with a sales manager. Told him what I was looking for and how much I was aiming to spend. $10,000 down and financing 5 years for $325-$350. Dealer said that I couldn't afford the car and pointed me to the ST model non quad-cab. The second he told me that I was OUT! I question why that dealer is even still around. To end this, I went to Glenn Thomas Dodge in Long Beach, CA. Spoke to the fleet manager, Jim Henderson, and my Ram is on order as we speak. He got me exactly what I wanted and made my purchase such a pleasure that I would recommend anyone to the dealer and even to him so he can get the cut that he deserves. Del Amo Dodge better change up their attitudes otherwise they will be Del Amo vacant lot. Cheers to the Five Star Dealerships!!!

Serviced a 1991 Dodge Grand Caravan there recently and received excellent customer service and repairs. Have purchased from Parts Dept. over past year and excellent customer service. I would suggest it is a reliable service group in year 2002.

The salesdroids tried to out do each other in front of me(on a truck that was $2000 more that I finally paid at Glenn Thomas Dodge in Long Beach. Unprofessional, rude..all in all an unpleasant visit.
