The bad experiences that I have had at Diamond Chrysler Motors: When I bought the vehicle, had the vehicle serviced for an oil change, when the vehicle broke down under warranty, when I took it in for a recall part, I brought it in for the check engine light several times, and when I brought it in for differential problems.

When I bought the 2007 Dodge Ram, 2500 Cummins 6.7 Turbo Diesel. When I test drove the vehicle I wanted to feel the power of the vehicle off the take off from the stop sign. I didn't want to spin the wheels or do anything that would be considered unsafe . The sells man slapped me on the hand and told me to take it easy this persons name is Richard. Another issue that I had when purchasing the vehicle was when the sells man promised that they would pay off my trade in vehicle. After all the paper work was done and we had purchased the vehicle, a person names Matt had called us and said that we owe that $329.00 for our trade in.

The problems that I experienced with the oil changes. When I would bring my truck in for the oil change I would always make appointments. I would bring the vehicle in on time, and the service department would tell me that It would take about forty-five minutes. Usually I would end up waiting an hour and a half to about two hours every time. These long oil changes would cause me to be late to other appointments.

When the truck broke down under warranty. About six months after we bought the vehicle my wife was going to drive the truck. The truck would run, but it would only go ten miles an hour and it was pouring diesel out of the exhaust pipe. She called Dodge and they said I don't have you guys down as having warranty but you can pay to have to vehicle towed and you might get reimbursed.

Another issue that I had with the service department was when we had a recall on a sensor. First they made an appointment to bring in the vehicle. This was only to look over the vehicle and then order the part. The second appointment was to install the part. I dropped of the vehicle at 7:00 am I called the service department at 3:30 pm asking if the truck was done. At this time of 3:30 pm I still wasn't done so told them I was going to pick it up any way. So they rushed to get it done. The part was an oxygen sensor it shouldn't have taken eight and a half hour to complete the job when there was an appointment made. I live outside of the town and I walked all over town to occupied the time while they had my truck.

So far I have brought in my truck several times for the check engine light. I would bring in the truck because the check engine light would be on. When I would bring it in they reset the light and within a couple of day it would be back on.

The last time I took me truck in was when I had problems with the differentials. The rear differential was making a holing sound, and was getting very hot. I called to make an appointment they said that they could get it the next day and I would be with out a vehicle. They went through it and told me that they found nothing to wrong with it but I owe them for a differential service. I refused to pay because there was something wrong with the differential. Finally they dropped the fees and let me take my vehicle home, but they were very rude.

These are some of the issues that I have had with Diamond Chrysler Motors.
