I tried to buy a Dodge Grand Caravan from this company. I had my companies preferred specs and a price they had paid on a previous purchase. Despite me telling the fleet manager that the cost was a guide only and I wanted a price anyway he refused . All the time he talked to me he had his feet up on a table . Maybe he had made his quota for the month. I had previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership and after 7 visits to the service department for the same problem, I gave up. Definitely no more visits to here despite my preference to deal locally.

I bought my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 new and never let anyone touch it except Dodge dealerships until the end of 2005. Unfortunately, the closest dealership is Don McCullough. My experience with the Service department: I produce my service manual and follow each suggested tune-up. Even though I show the service department the current page, they have chosen to do tune up procedures that were not suggested, nor authorized - one oil change cost me over $120.00. My vehicle is always kept all day, and I am not allowed to make an appointment, just show up and stand in line. I cannot call and speak to someone in service, but receive voice mail. I am not going to leave a message, nor am I ever going to take my vehicle (or subsequent vehicles) there again. I will definitely purchase a Dodge again, but it will NOT be from Don McCullough Dodge.

Sales=Poor, Service=Poor, Parts=Fair, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Maybe,
My main beef about this dealer is their horrible customer service. Especially in the service dept. It starts with just trying to talk to a service rep. All I can ever talk to is a voice message. Then when one finally calls me back hours later, I tell them I need a 12,000 mile service and question what that involves. His (Ed's) response is "I don't know look in your manual." Now come on Ed, isn't that your job? Ok no big deal. When I finally take the vehicle in he has me pull out the manual to see what needs to be done. Tire rotation, Oil change, and Front Diff Fluid change. I ask how much for the Differential change, "$60.00 he replies", when I checked out $81.97. Then the truck wasn't even done on time, and I stressed to them that I needed it by a certain time. When I called to check up on it all I got was a voice message. Then when I get home both passenger side wheel caps are missing. So I go back in the next week. After standing at the counter for about ten minutes half of which I was ignored, or just plain not seen, I finally explain the scenario to the sales rep. He sends me to the parts dept. Sure enough they have to order the caps. Today (three days later) I go in to pick them up. Again after waiting for about ten to fifteen minutes I get some help. Now the parts dept tells me that to get these caps I have to explain my situation to the Service Dept. Manager, and that she is not available and I will either have to pay for them or come back later. Now come on why would I want to waste another hour out of my day to come on down there and take a chance that she is not available or that I would have to pay for them myself anyway. So I went ahead and bought them. now that simple tire change cost me more than sixty bucks.
Now this might not be such a big deal. But every time I go in there I have to wait to talk to someone, am rudely spoken to , or just plain get very poor customer service. I am very glad that I did not buy this truck form them and if the dealership that I did buy it from was closer I would surely be taking it there.

Service writer ignored/explained insignificance of less than 10PSI fuel system. Steering wander was was not addressed, SW said "it was fine, we had the tech road test the vehicle. Everything appeared normal". BS! The 1st and last $69 spent at this dealership.
