Ordering and buying my second vehicle from Frahm Dodge was an excellent experience
as was the first. When I bought my 04.5 2500 4X4 CTD I went to Powers Dodge
ontario only to get the run around and high pressure sales. When I got to Frahm
Dodge I was pleasantly surprised to see my old sales man (Javier Rodriguez)
from the now closed Whittier Dodge Dealer and was properly taken care of. I
did have a tough warranty issue with my emergency brake that was hard to find
and after the second return for the same issue I explained the problem in detail
to the service manager and he promptly took care of it and they found a problem
with striped adjusting nuts. It was one of those "I cant find it if it
ain't broken" hard to find issues and I do not hold it against them, another
dealer could have easily botched it. If and when I buy a third truck it will
be from Frahm Dodge.

I called the contact at Frahm Dodge and worked most of the deal over the phone.
When I arrived (drove a long distance) the Truck was waiting for me. I dealt
with the Fleet Manager and both he and the Finance Manager were outstanding.
Everything was as it should be. This was the best buying experience I have ever
had and I have purchased or leased quite a few vehicles in my 30+ years of driving.

While deciding on a used vehicle located 1400 miles away, I called Frahm's Service
Dept. to see if they would print a vehicle option list for me. They asked for
last eight digits of the VIN, printed up the list for me, and had it waiting
for me later on that afternoon. Very helpful

I have never seen such a horribly managed service department as I saw here.
They seemed completely uninterested in performing warranty repairs to my car,
saying they "could not duplicate" my concerns after I demonstrated
the problems right in front of them! They even tried blaming me for clunks in
the suspension and a noisy window regulator! Alan Megard lied to me, saying
they had fixed my window, but when I picked up my car, the window was exactly
the same, and on the repair invoice it said "could not duplicate".
Also, Mr. Megard seemed annoyed and bothered whenever I called to check the
status on my car, constantly interrupting me to talk with other people. My car
was dirtier than when I brought it in, and had 20 more miles on it. The mileage
wouldn't have bothered me if they had actually fixed something, but they had
not. I would not recommend this dealership even in an emergency situation. It's
worth having your car towed someplace else, even if it is farther away.

I was looking for a 1 ton dually 4x4 6sp HO, salesman named "Rick"
lied to me on the phone said he had 3 in stock. Drove 2 hours to discover he
lied.

This was my fifth dealer in my search. I was impressed with them. Prices were
good. Very nice vehicles on their lot and they seem to base their in-stock vehicles
on what the customers most often want. Out of all dealers, this one did not
send one of their salesman along for the demo test ride. In fact, they never
even asked for my driver's license (they probably searched/screened prior to
when I arrived after I requested their internet sales quote). Go figure! Interest
rates could be better from your bank, but they were closer than other dealers,
and they show you their computer screen and numbers which matched my laptop's
numbers(!!!). They do tend to follow up e-mails, although some are bordering
spam and may not exactly be the vehicle you are interested in. The one I was
interested in started right up -- other dealers needed to jump start them as
they sat so long. I will probably buy from them when I'm ready later this year.
Kelly Blue book rate quotes are rather low on used trade-ins (i.e. in the "Fair"
category, never Good or Excellent), but they also admitted they do not like
older trade-ins as they give them the biggest after-sales headaches which I
can sympathize with. Free oil changes for life too, but I live too far for that
service. People in service waiting room seemed happy with them too.

If you go to frahm dodge to get oil changes you better check the oil filter
to make sure they changed it. especially if you get the so called free oil changes,
Two times they did not change it on my CTD truck. Mark the filters that's the
only way you will know. BAD SERVICE DEPT

Service Dept. couldn't find their backside with a roadmap. Problem finally fixed
after 3 visits. Parts are priced at least 10-15% higher than anywhere else,
if the guy knows what you're talking about.

I took my 2001 Neon to Ontario Dodge to have some warranty work done. The car
was running sluggish and had a fuel filter problem. Julie the service writer
wrote the car up and said the parts weren't in stock. She said that she would
call when the parts arrived. After 1 month of no calls from the dealership.
My daughter called and the part was in for weeks. The car was taken back for
the repairs and the main problem of the car running sluggish was still not resolved.
Julie apparently forgot to write it down. She said they would take a look at
it if they had time on Saturday. I took the car to Norco Dodge where The service
writer Lucky said they would do it immediately. 1 hour later I got my car back.
Norco Dodge will definitely get all my future business. Ontario Dodge should
be avoided like the plague.

From the feedback form
These people are all talk and no action when it comes to service. I went in
for the recall campaign for the fuel transfer pump on my 2000 Dodge. I asked
if they would change the fuel filter, the estimate was $125, Thinking this was
a high end price since the service manager assured me that it would be less.
Well, it was $114, When I asked them to justify their charges the service manager
(Ken Johnson) told me the other dealers charge as much as $145. This guy is
too stupid to know what it is to justify his charges, only to compare his worthless
service with some other dealer's worthless service.. Finally I have to ask him
for details: LABOR 1HR AT $65 AND FILTER AT $44. Frahm Dodge in Norco CA can
kiss my ***!
