1st visit for 15000 mi service a couple days after I looked at my air cleaner
and it had thick black soot defiantly not replaced like receipt said. Recent
trouble I have had it in FOUR times due to intermittent A/C trouble with a cost
to me (counting $100 deductibles and rental cars only $30 a day is covered).
On the first visit after being told it was low on refrigerant and that was not
covered under my MAXIMUM care warranty (only if it was a leak and they didn't
find a leak?)I was charged $164.06 but was credited the $100 deductible after
15 miles down the road it was blowing warm. Anyway there have been three more
trips with more aggravating results including damage to my leather steering
wheel which the service advisor (JOHN) replied I dropped the ball and forgot
to tell the svc mgr. to look at to come back in for the 5th time which I haven't
done yet. On 8-12-06 I paid $968.64 for a complete service and now the check
eng. light is on , it idols rough and stalled twice, also I looked under the
hood and the tube from the air filter to the throttle body was not even attached.
Also every receipt I have from them has five stars on it however not according
to Dodge and when I looked them up on Better Business Bureau they have a D rating.
I have a word document with details of all visits if interested, because there's
more.
I wish I didn't like owning a truck and I would be heading down to the Mercedes
dealer where they pick up your vehicle and leave a loaner. I completely tired
of all the trips, time off work, extra money over the $30 a day the warranty
covers to drive a piece of crap. I don't know how that is supposed to compare
to my $40,000 truck ( you have to have serious game to pick up any decent girl
in a PT Cruiser)!

Don't know "polo." Maybe he's no longer there??? Anyway, I liked my
two guys and Debbie, the financing guru. I did not expect to purchase...just
looking at options, but they made it seem easy enough and I did need a car.
My boyfriend bought a 2006 Sebring and I bought a 2006 PT Cruiser. They upgraded
my wheels for me, too, same cost. My sister also bought a 2006 Cherokee from
Glendora Dodge and they were pleasant for her. She loves her new car.

We went into buy a 2005 dodge grand caravan today. Tommy the sales rep was great.
We just wanted to know how much a car was going to be if we paid cash for it.
We wanted it to be simple and easy for both parties. Polo, the sales manager,
was very rude to my wife and she decided to leave. I talked for a little bit
with Polo but could not get a price out him. We had given Tommy a price that
we would ideally like to have paid for the car and all Polo kept saying was
that we were not going to make any money on the car. Find Polo then give me
another price.
Anyway, we left and were very disappointed in not buying a new Dodge Caravan.
I will hopefully have better service at the Ontario Dodge Dealership.

Sales person (went by name Polo) had a deceptive, snooty and disrespectful manner
who obviously does not care about building relationships with customers. He
outright lied (unless he was just ignorant) about features and programs for
the Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi I was interested in buying. Went to Frahm Dodge for
the deal I wanted...
