After one trip to the service department, we were called to pick it up. Upon paying and getting the keys, we started the vehicle only to notice that the CHECK ENGINE light was still on. When the service manager opened the hood, the air filter cover was not installed and numerous wires were "disconnected". It made us wonder what the heck else they had done to it.
During our last visit, they failed to install the fuel evaporation system (pump) correctly and it literally fell off of the vehicle while driving down a simple dirt road. Of course, this required an "off road" tow which their warranty service DOES NOT cover. Plus, if I had not noticed this in time, it could have resulted in a fire.
Quite frankly, I'm amazed that the vehicle still runs.Very poor quality service. Would not recommend to even my worst enemy.

I would avoid this dealer for sure. As it was the nearest home and I wanted to keep my vehicle with sharp maintenance I gave them my preference. It was a bad decision. Bait and switch tactics: oil changes posted at a price but charged 3 times higher -when requesting the oil recommended by manual, air filters supposedly checked and changed but when inspected it was still probably the original with the whole history of dust and insects. Alignment and balance paid but never done or improperly done twice. I'm presenting a formal complaint with state consumer agencies.

Bought this 03 3500 in Sept.03 and at 1500 miles took it to them for The dead throttle,Rear end making noise,and 2 recalls. Truck was there 1 week, when it came back they only did 1 recall said the rear was OK and could not reproduce the dead throtle.Took it back again 2 other times before they did the reflash on the computer then the next day if threw a code, computer not compatable.10,0000 miles brought it back again for the rear end (was full of metal!) said they would order parts and call when they came in. 15,0000 no call took it back this time it was there for 2 weeks! All this time no rental car was told they do not give rentals, Called starr and they said they should have given a loaner. first week it sat in there lot and never got worked on, on friday they finally ordered parts and finished it the next friday. also had a complaint with the AC not working on pass side and they said they tried another truck and it was they same so it was OK. Long story short The rear wheel seal is leaking the AC don't work on the right side.This is the last time I will ever set foot in that dealership!! I would not recommend them to anyone.
This is my 3rd new ram in as many years and this one is the worst!! It has got to go! I do not want to spend this kind of money and have these kind of problems.

Wayne Walston-Service Advisor sincere and helpful. Performed only the work requested and the quote was higher than the bill. He called me periodically to give me updates. Diego Miranda-Parts Specialist knowledgeable and helpful. It appears their reputation for poor customer relations is a thing of the past!

Sales staff is personable and helpful. Service sucks, made appointment 4 days in advance for recall, dropped off at 7am received call at 1 pm we don't have the part need to keep it overnight. And the tech says that vibration is from running too close to redline 2000-2200 rpm redline is 3500 rpm give me a break this moron probably didn't even drive the truck.

As mentioned below, be prepared as their good deal may inflate in short order via their number manipulation. It pays to have a loan calculator available as their numbers will differ from the calculator ("Oops, we made a mistake".... Yeah, Right. Three times??). Also, they were very high on loan rates and when I opted to go with the credit union they came down and matched. If you do manage to get the prior agreed "Deal" you can bet your trade-in will be 1/3 of the Kelly Blue Book when all is said and done. Did not purchase from them. Also, noted the sales staff were not that familiar with the vehicles as others have noted.

I went in to purchase a 1500 Quad Cab along with a trade. The salesman was useless! He couldn't answer any of my questions. He seemed preoccupied with other things and didn't appear to be to concerned with doing business with us. Any numbers that we ran by him, he had to run by his sales manager first before he could even give us any answer whatsoever. We might as well been dealing directly with the manager. Admittedly, they gave us a good price on the truck, however when it came time to close the deal, they had manipulated the numbers so the price of the vehicle sky rocketed to approx. $5000 more than the agreed price. Thank god I read the paper work before signing on the dotted line! Needless to say, I walked straight out of there, and will never set foot on their lot again! I don't appreciate trying to be taken advantage of! If you buy from this dealer, be sure to read your sales contract very carefully before you sign anything!!!!!

The service advisors are the most cold hearted, rude and uncaring people I have ever met.All they are there for is the money. They have never heard the old phrase "The customer is #1" Brought my 02 3500 in for a bad transmission (6spd) and was told, "if you want a loan car go back to the dealer that sold you the truck they are the ones that made money off the deal."So I was ready to pull the truck the next day but they talked me out of it by saying "if we half to special order parts we will give you a loaner."Well guess what no loaner,end of second week and parts still on national back order. Filled 2 complaints with chrysler to no satisfaction. Guess a five star rating means nothing. Don't ever go to this dealer for nothing!!

This Dealer has the worst customer relations in the world!! They flat out told me to take the truck back to the selling dealer that made money off the sale just for asking for a loan car. The trans went out (6spd) 15000 miles and they had parts that were on national back order and still refuse to give a loan car! Chrysler customer care isn't much help either. 2 weeks and still no truck!!

I can say without hesitation and in good conscience this is the worst maintenance department in the solar system. This place will lie, cheat, and steal without remorse and like all cowardly liars, they do it you with a confident smile.

(I think the ratings are reversed) Said they replaced starter and flywheel with new. Upon inspection the starter had rebuilt tag on it. They weren't even smart enough to remove it. Charged us $400.00 for starter , not including labor. When we asked for the old parts, they said we had to tell them we wanted them before they started work. I said otherwise. Also, the truck was smoking a lot, (Diesel), they said it was normal. I gave it some gas and the service manager and shop tech gagged and they both got black soot on them. I said Thank you for all the help and left, never to return.

This service center can't even spell diesel let alone work on one Had a 94 W/Auto trans (JUNK) they could not diag. problem. I would not let them change a light bulb on my 2001! they did the first free service and wanted to give me a Geo prism for a loaner car. Morons! I raised hell with the sales MGR and after 15min of BS they rented me a ford explorer. They have a 5 star rating and I have sent letters plus phone call to Chrysler about their actions This dealership really SUCKS!!!!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Avoid,
Service writers very surly with pathetic supporting knowledge. Question maintenance actions, lose warranty. Understanding every case is unique; In my experience the truck usually has to be returned for completion of maintenance and clean up. Generally the service department staff that has contact with the public is condescending and placating. The facade is polished, as you would expect, but there is little substance to all this eyewash. Always check maintenance actions for completion and cleanliness. Anything a service writer tells you, have witnessed and thorough written documentation. Never ever allow an uninformed unsuspecting spouse to take any vehicle in for maintenance. I have 30,000 on a 2001 CTD Quad cab 4x4. The assistant service manager has requested I never return to Hunter Dodge, warranty notwithstanding. This due to unfavorable feedback to DC on many occasions. Explained shoddy workmanship does not merit positive results, I simply "calls em as I sees em". One positive note; The shop foreman, I believe his name is Kurt, is helpful and knowledgeable and helpful. As you might expect the foreman is extremely busy. All problems with the vehicle have been dealer maintenance.
