I was continually lied to at this dealership! I bought a 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager since it was handy for my needs! I noticed that the bill of sale listed a premium sound system with a 6 CD changer and asked many where that was located. I was told we will find it for you! Then the SAles Manager says if it's not on the "due bill" then we don't do it. They finally agreed to put it back into the vehicle, fix the cigarette lighter and provide an ashtray and also fix and repair why the "Service Engine Soon" light was on. The CD changer they put in was a cheap after market one, never fixed the lighters etc and found out 2 of the 6 engine cylinders are leaking. Now that my check has cleared they have said they are done screwing around with it! Told me I could pay for all repairs, purchase an extended warranty from them to cover them or get another vehicle off of their lot. If you want an honest and fair experience then I strongly suggest that you shop elsewhere for your vehicles.
