The were very quick to sell me on the idea that they back up their sales with excellent service. This was not the case when I had a problem that didn't amount to something they could quickly diagnose and fix. If it took a little thinking, they would just explain it as "that's just the way those vehicles are" or something like that. Never did find the source of the problem. Would never use their service dept again.
