I tried to get them to match a deal from Rancho Jeep in San Diego to save me
the drive. They initially agreed to the price, but then when the purchase contract
arrived the figures were different from those agreed upon, classic bait and
switch. Cost me 3 hours of my time dealing with the sales manager Dale. They
also agreed to a $750 military discount as part of the deal, then would not
honor it, and denied any knowledge of the Military appreciation discount. Terrible
service. I drove to San Diego later the same day and purchased from Rancho Jeep.
Avoid this dealer at all costs. If my new Liberty need service, Ill have it
towed to Escondito before I even consider taking it here. Terrible experience.
Lost a customer and my recommendation for life.

I had trouble with my transmission and brought it in for some assistance. They
sad it needed to be replaced for $2000. I drove it away and realized that I
had taken the fluid reading wrong. I added transmission fluid and it has been
running fine since then. They were going to screw me for 2 grand without any
hesitation. They are scum.

Sales people gave me the best price the second time around. Service is a problem
though! My tranny blew at 36,006 miles and they refused to cover it under warranty!

Purchased a used truck that had problem after the first 3000 miles had to take
it in for the same repairs and warranty work at least ten times and it still
wasn't fixed. I took it to Jack Powell and it was repaired the first time.

Returned on another form:
Bought truck from Norm Reeves Dodge of Temecula Ca, Worst mistake of my life!
It was a lemon from the beginning. I feel it was damaged before I purchased
it and they hid it from me. Tell tale signs were evident as time went on . Black
over spray paint under the hood, found price tag on the hood, squeaky steering
wheel, front end would not keep alignment, tires wearing uneven, popping noise
in front end when you make a right turn, wind noise so loud in cab you couldn't
hear the passenger - found out it was due to faulty window seals, on a new truck?
Sounds kind of fishy to me. Took truck in approx. 20 or 21 times for the same
thing. Service Manager Steve O'Mara was a complete smart a**. Used to keep me
there for 2 or 3 hours until I started telling my story to new car buyers and
ran them off. They really need to be put out of business for good. They can't
do a thing to you for telling the truth. Some times the truth hurts!!!!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
made me pay far trans lines when there was a safety recall on my 95 ram. Never
fix the trans shifting problems said could not find the prob or that it could
not be duplicated . said that there was nothing wrong with the throttle cable
I had to show them, then they wanted to put the old style on and charge the
flat rate price of putting the up grade in. pretended not to know about the
upgrade. That only a month before they said was hard to put in. And said that
they don't have the old style cable no more. THE VERY THAT THEY ONE TRIED TO
CHARGE ME THE HIGHER RATE FOR A MONTH LATTER. Don't go to this place. I have
not found a good service at any of the dealers that I have been to (Atlas, Clay
James, Norm Reeves) They all lied and cheated me. None of them fix anything
worth a damn.
