The Oroville Motors service department kept me up-to-date on the repairs on
my truck and were always courteous. They worked quickly to get it ready on the
date I needed it. The truck was returned in extremely clean condition, and a
service representative explained all that was done and physically demonstrated
that everything was working. He even drove around with me afterwards to ascertain
that all was in working order. I will definitely use this dealership again to
repair my Dodge truck. They provided a great experience.
My Dodge RAM Diesel 2500 has been an excellent truck. It walks right up hills
pulling a fully loaded 3-horse trailer. It has a very tight turning radius.
Except for the venting system of the heater/air-conditioning, I have had no
problems. I would definitely recommend the truck.

My wife and I purchased two Chryslers from dealers in Davis and Sacramento.
However, we live quite a way north of Sac and it is not practical to return
for service. After trying the service department at another local Chrysler dealership,
we switched to Oroville Motors due to convenience. I am very happy with that
decision. We have been treated very well by the service department at Oroville
Motors. The staff is always polite and gets work done promptly. We will be replacing
one of our vehicle in the next few months and we definitely intend to make our
purchase at Oroville Motors.

Was worried taking brand new truck (1200 miles) from a dealer elsewhere with
their mudflaps, plate frames, and plate fillers still on the truck, in for warranty
would make me get that "you'll have to wait behind their customers"
service I hear of from the sales side. Not the case. Nothing was even said.
They did the warranty repair quickly and efficiently, took care of side issues
of the repair (cleaned coolant from engine,) and even washed and vacuumed the
truck making it look great. I was impressed! I love the truck.
