They are the worst of the worst!!!! The first time I went in there to buy a car I didn't know anything about how to buy a car. But the showed how bad they could be!! I liked a Saturn so they let me take the car home and said everything would be fine, about 4 days later they called me and told I needed to get a less expensive car and they put me into a Kia Sephia that I hated!! But like they had taken my trade in, I didn't have another car to drive. I needed to work I had 2 kids. So I had to take it, there was really no other choice. And I guess the worst part of this whole thing is that I was sexually harassed by the sales guy, who wanted to kiss me and grab me. I didn't want to say anything because I was married and didn't want my husband to know about. But now that I think about it I should've filed with the police.

Piss Poor Experience! This is the fourth vehicle through a dealership. Because of our experience at Champion Dodge in Windsor, I will never buy from a Dodge Company again. I will make sure every person I can reach I will tell them the same. I have already told several and a few have heard bad about Champion Dodge in Windsor and will never do business with them.
It was the Super Bowl Sale that with the fling you would receive guaranteed $7,000.00 trade in. We had the fling yet after getting home we found out we were only given $3,000.00 which is false advertisement. Before that when we were working on monthly payments we were told $380.00 total out the door, But it ended up being $404.00. Before leaving we were told that they would find someone to finance us. Then a week later we received a call from Champion Dodge Finance Representative asking if we set up an account at the bank. We replied "What bank no one told us anything until now!" He then explained that we need to set up an account at Belco Credit Union before the loan falls back on them. We then found out that the bank is 60 miles from our home. This is ridiculous! To top it off, when we went to license the vehicle they asked for our old plates for the $60.00 credit. We were never given our plates nor were we told that there could be a credit on the plates. Maybe some of this was us not knowing, but yet we trusted the Dealership, since we were buying a $21,000.00 priced truck that ended up being $28,700.00. We still owed $9,300.00 on our trade in but the sale guaranteed $7,000.00 on our 2000 van. So to me the math does not add up,we were screwed on this guaranteed fling sale. There was no sale worth buying. As I said before, I will never buy from Dodge again and see to it that everyone I talk to hears my situation.

6-03 I had a noise in transfer case, fixed ok and installed new clutch. $140 worth of theft in their shop or daylite side shop and destroyed my flour mats at their wash bay. No compensation! 8-03 Needed three parts for truck, picked up at parts window, 2 out of 3 wrong part. 9-03 Leak in transmission, assumed due to recent work done in June, a phone call by Scott that I may have to pay 1/2 of 800 labor because not sure if there work was suspect. Picked up truck today and was handed a $760 bill with the comment from Jason there Service Manager we will put a mechanics lien on your truck if you don't pay the bill. This is after paying $2038 in June for a clutch and transmission work, and cruise control work.

The Best dealership this side of the Mississippi. I Bought a truck from Jay Weibel, the best salesman I have ever had. Treated me good, got me a good deal. He returned my phone calls and located the truck that I wanted. From what I understand Jay only works there in the summer time. Go and see him in the summer just be blunt with him tell him what you want and he dose it. He is blunt with tells you what he can do and what he cant do. Champion dodge is the best experiences i have ever had with a dealership. THanks a lot Champion Dodge and Jay Weibel

Since August of '02 My family and I have bought 3 vehicles from Champion Dodge. Each time it was easy and the sales staff did a great job. I was skeptical at first but as the process of buying went on I was informed that the reason that things were not as bad as I thought they were going to be was apparently because the management staff has been totally been changed from the days of the previous bad responses. I dealt with Nathan Howell and Drew Carrol they did great!

Made me sign an agreement before they processed the financial papers. Said the vehicle was mine everything was OK then they figured out that they got screwed on the trade in so they backed out of the deal.
Don't go to Champion Dodge they will screw you this is the second and last time I deal with the incompetent people at Champion Dodge. To be a sales person there you must graduate idiot school.

Every time I go there to try to deal whatever I have, well you know the market is soft on this vehicle, so they offer me less than 1/3 of it's worth. But you better believe whatever it is they are selling is the best and priced above fair market price.

I'm looking for a 2003, 1500 Dodge Ram. With the couple of recommendations from this site I decided to go to Champion and work with Ron Dale. I called him on Thur. the 9th and told him what I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay. He said come on done I have what you need. I told him great I will be down Fri. to look at the truck. I called him Fri. to let him know I won't be able to make it but will be up Sat. I asked him again about the truck and if he still had it he said I have it and I'm looking right at it. Saturday I'm on my way with wife and kids in tow to look at the truck. I called him once we get on the road to make sure he still has the truck, he said I'm looking right at it. Well, needless to say the truck was a 2002 not 2003, black not blue, and of course more expensive then what he said. I will never do business with this dealership.

Have done Business with this place 2 times. First time wasn't very pleased, but decided to give it another try. Second time was much worse than the First. Finance Department doesn't return your phone calls. And when you try to call to resolve any problem you may have you get transferred to like 3 different people. And your problem still isn't solved. I personally wouldn't recommend doing business with this (so called company). And I Won't be pointing anyone I know interested in buying a vehicle in their direction. Things would have went better if the Finance guy would have been up front on what was expected on are part. Yet beat around the bush and now we are paying for it. You will definitely drive away with a vehicle that will cost you double in the end. SO CAUTION BUYER BEWARE!!!

Good experience with the Sales department. However, the Finance department is INCOMPETENT. I believe they make every effort to HOSE you in the FINANCE department. They NEVER RETURNED my CALLS. They messed up my paperwork and almost caused me to be late on my first payment. DO NOT sign the day charge and mileage part of the contract in case they should refuse you later. I did, however, get a good deal and may consider going there again. EXTREME CAUTION is mandatory though! A good deal can be screwed up at any dealer because the finance dip-wad makes the final deal. Always be VERY AWARE of WHAT YOU SIGN! Sign NOTHING until all paper work is filled out. LEAVE NO BLANKS!

I didn't have the best experience the first time but I went back and I will never go anywhere else. My salesman Ron Dale was wonderful. He got everything that I wanted done, done for me. I would suggest that everyone go and visit him, he will help you get whatever you are looking for.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
My first experience with Champion Dodge was in December of 2001. I went onto the dealership for service and was approached by a promotional guy there to change the image of the dealership. He asked if he could have a sales person and him ask me a few questions about the service dept. I said OK, he asked the usual questions like how was I treated and how long I had to wait for rep to help me...blah blah blah...then he asked if I liked my Dodge and the year. Which it is a 2000 Dodge 2500 diesel 4X4. I said I loved it!! He asked if he could get me into a new one with lower or the same payments would I be interested. He said the Dodge reps where there so he would talk to them and that sometimes they did things for promotional reasons to help someone without making any money on the deal. So he back and forth to the dealerships owner and Dodge and said he had done it straight through Dodge that they would sell me a new Dodge truck and payoff my old one and give me the rebate and have my payments the same. Well, he said he did I have a new truck took me to John Champains office introduced me to him and the Dodge reps they all said "Congratulations on your new truck!" I thanked them very much and left the office and Robbie Bray said to go look at any truck on the lot and pick one out. So he sent me and Michele (a salesperson) out to pick out a truck. He asked me to write a letter about my experience which would be used for promotional reasons. So, thinking I was getting a new Dodge diesel they said well look at the new 1/2 ton the mayor..it would be just as good...so I picked out a black one and real thrilled about that...but if the deal was good enough I would surely benefit...by now it is almost 7pm 12 hours at the dealership...then I get shuffled off to the finance guy who puts together a lease. Then says as I leave something about if the deal goes through. I turned and said it was already by the Dodge reps that where here. He didn't say anything. So, I went to Buck the sales manager and asked him about it and he assured me that is was an approved done deal. I asked to have my CD player changed to the new truck and they did the next day. Well, I am driving this sucky truck and then next Thursday I get a voicemail from the finance guy to come in and he said my deal didn't go through I would need $2000.00 dollars or bring the truck back. I called Buck he said NO NO NO...you keep the truck and he would straighten this out. So I waited a few days and again the finance man said I have to bring the truck back this went on for a month. I said I wanted to know what was going on...because I am driving this truck and didn't want to have to pay for the mileage. He assured he would fix it it was a done deal and it was my truck...well after New Years I brought the truck back and got my truck back which still had not been touched for the service problem. I called Buck he said bring your truck back and get this other truck back till we fix it. So, I turn around switch trucks a few days later they called and my truck was ready.... They fixed it and switched the CD player back, but the steering was off they replaced the transfer case and the steering was way off so the took the truck back and set the steering column and I picked it up gain....the truck has never steered right since it was in there hands. I am tired of messing with them. I was furious at the treatment I got and all the lies.. Anyone who deals with them surely gets the shaft one way or the other...they are incompetent and liars...!!!! I say stay away!!!!!
So, dumb me was with a friend in the Kmart parking lot and Champion Dodge was there again I saw a salesman who knew who I was and the screw job...but they blamed it all on the promoter so they said they would like to make it up to me and they could get me in a new truck again...so yes dummy me went back for screw job number two with Buck...let me say his parents almost got his name right but it should have started with an F!!!!
Stay away from Champion Dodge in Greeley and The Chevey Dealer in Windsor...or be prepared to get screwed. Yes they need run out of business I have come across others that have been lied to and screwed by this so called dealership!!! Those Dodge reps Robbie Bray made the deal with should be fired!!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know,
First new car I've ever bought! I hate car dealers with a passion, my wife rarely even goes to car lots with me because I'm so rude. Our salesman was young and did not now much about the truck, and told me the 100,000 mile warranty on the engine was good for "any parts that are lubricated". Ha! I new he was full of @%#&. That would be my only complaint for the sales part. He was very nice (not fake nice), and I was actually able to make a deal on an 02' 2500, 4x4. Recently I bought an electric brake controller (gotta tow stuff right?) and found no wiring harness in the glove box. Off to the dealer, greeted by a different sales guy who informed me "some trucks gotem' some just don't" and he started to laugh. That's when I asked to see the sales manager, and he stopped laughing. They got me in touch with the salesman that sold me the truck, and he hauled me over to the parts counter. My sales guy told me that it should have been in the truck, and he would just buy me one (very nice I thought). That's when the parts guy said it would be $90 for the plug ($10 on the Dodge web sight), that's when I started to laugh and told him to get out from behind the counter if he didn't know what he was doing (didn't like that). My salesman went out to the lot and got one from another truck for me (took 3 trucks to find on that still had it in the glove box). Another small complaint I had is they gave me the owners manual for a gasser. Another trip to the dealer and they exchanged it. I would have to say that they could use more attention to detail, but overall it was not bad, and that's coming from a guy who would rather hunt car salesmen than elk!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor,
I spent $500 for a cooling fan motor in April of 99. In May of 2000 it isn't working again. I don't know when it stopped working cause the only way you can tell is when it overheats. I finally get around to taking it in for repair in July only to be told that the warranty is only 12 months and it wont be covered. I explained to them it may have very well gone bad within the 12 months only to be told "sorry". They would not even consider splitting the costs. So I got stuck again. I feel like they are calling me a liar.

Sales=Good, Service=Don't Know
Although they tried the old "let me talk to the sales manager about that price" routine, once they knew that I was serious about the price I was willing to pay, we moved right along finishing the sale. They had a $4500 "dealer profit" add-on sticker and a note saying that all $350 would be added to all sales for paperwork processing bringing the sticker price to $44,750 for a fully loaded '01 2500 4x4 Ram with the Cummins. Invoice was $35,200 and I picked it up for $35,500, so I won't complain. They filled up the tank, tightened the loose turbo hose clamp and I was on my way. If they hadn't jacked me around in the beginning trying to get me to buy the truck for $40,000 I would have rated them excellent. If you buy here, know what you're willing to pay and stick to that price--they might jerk you around, but they do want to send you away a happy customer.

Sales=Good, Service=Poor,
Took truck in to have speaker replaced, went pick up 2 days later they had forgotten they even had truck . Said they would "Get Right On It" Went back next Day at 5 p.m. Still had to wait for truck! Have some Paint problems with truck it was very hard to get anything set up, they finally agreed to do touch up paint work{don't think it will solve problem of shoddy factory paint job!)Act like they don't want factory reps involved.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know or No Experience
