Dealer sold a new 2003 Ram Quad Cab 4x4 to us without disclosing damage to vehicle.
They damaged driver door and fender, fixed it and sold it without disclosing.
6 weeks after the sale i noticed the damage (I noticed the paint and body work
they did - which needless to say was quite poor- fish eyes in the paint and
outline of filler on the door) - the dealer side stepped for 3 weeks until admitting
not disclosing the damage and agreed to fix it - they had the truck for 41 days
and when I got it back they had not fixed it at all - Anyway now some 12 months
later the truck is still not fixed correctly and have been told due to a change
in General Management that it is now my problem and not theirs.

First it wasn't their fault that I was stupid enough to buy a vehicle there.
They messed up the financing, had to go resign for 10 a month more. Told me
the truck I bought had leather seats and I now know that only the drivers and
passenger seats are leather, the rest are vinyl. I traded in my 02 for 2000
less than they told me over the phone. Again my fault for being stupid enough
to buy there. The gal in the finance office was very much on the snobby side
and impatient. She told me that they went through a lot of trouble they would
not normally go through to get me financed at a good rate. The truth is once
you sign at a certain rate if they cannot match or beat that rate the contract
is voided and she didn't have any choice and wasn't doing me any favors. I knew
more about the truck that I was buying than the salesman. I really don't like
it when they are evasive when you ask a question.

Price they told me on one paper was not the same on the last paper. They talk
a good line but they use people. At this point I will never buy a Dodge again.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor,
The service department, first off, just kinda sucked. I took my truck in with
wiper problems, they were erratic due to the speed sensitive control I believe,
and they couldn't duplicate the problem. I had a whistle in my heater/A\C and
they told me that this was due to harmonics. Yeah, whatever. The sales was even
better. I felt that I had to sit there and fight them tooth and nail to get
anything done. One time when the sales person went up to their counter to talk
to whomever they talk to about prices, I heard the guy say "get them the hell
(being the nicer version of the four letter word) out of here. If they don't
want to do this then we don't need them." That should have been my cue right
there to get out of there, but instead the sales person calmed the guy down
and we ended up working out a deal. Later on I came back to return the truck
that I had gotten. I had been having problems with it and was tired of it and
basically threatened them with a lemon. Partially my fault though as it was
a new model, but it shouldn't still have problems. I did end up with a better
and nicer truck, but only for two weeks. They let me take it out for that time
and then called me up saying that they needed me to come in. Eventually they
threatened me in saying that they would repossess the truck if I didn't. I didn't
want to come in as they didn't tell me the reason why, but finally did after
that threat. They told me that they couldn't get me into this truck, but could
get me into a Ram. My Dakota had more options, and I should have just taken
the other truck back, but I took the Ram instead. Later I found out that there
was only a $1,000 difference between the trucks and there was no reason they
couldn't have worked something out. And the final thing is that they agreed
to arm the alarm system that comes with the truck if I gave them a blank survey.
Well, I was happy to comply with this as I made a copy and sent it in and let
the people know who take the surveys about the bribe. Love that Dealin' Doug.
I'm sure he loves our money too by the looks of those rings on his hands.
