Terrible customer service. They told me payment and price would be X and Y.
I signed the papers. Got a call a week later to re-sign the papers because they
saved me Five bucks. I re-signed because I was told everything was the same
(including my service contacts) then find out a month later they blatantly lied.
They did not save me five dollars, but charged me an extra 25 a month and took
away my service contracts. They didn't even tell me any of this and when I asked
at the time they said I was still covered. I will never go there and will recommend
everyone else do the same.

Don't use the sales staff on the floor. Order a new car through the internet
branch. I think their service department is over priced compared to other dealers.
I have only found one person in the service department rude.
Re-look at this Dealer. Know who to go to. Every dealer is have dealt with do
this shark act, feeding frenzy.

Called on a used car listed in the paper and asked salesman to confirm that
the car was still available, as it would be a 3-hour, 150 mile round trip for
me to get there. He said "I'm looking at it through the window right now". You
guessed it! when I got there I learned the car had been sold three days before.
No excuses, no apologies - not that it would have made any difference then.

and complete morons!

This dealership (mainly their service department) is simply terrible. I took
my car in for warranty work last week. They called me to tell me that I needed
my struts replaced (fine, that is covered by warranty). But then, they told
me that I have to pay $45 for a front end alignment - THAT IS PART OF THE FREAKIN
PROCEDURE!!!! I fought with the dealership, Customer One, and finally decided
to go pick my car up - they charged me $35 to pick the damn thing up!!! With
no work!

Talk about bait and switch! I will fight this one in court! They want me
to pay $10,000 more than sticker over the next five years, and then GIVE THE
TRUCK BACK! I have since found a lawsuit won against them, as well as disciplinary
action by the state licensing board, listed on the Internet. Don't even consider
patronizing this dealership! The service department charges $35 to program the
horn chirp-a two minute procedure. Castle Motors does it for free!

Ordered a custom 97 Dodge Ram 2500 V10 4x4 for lease, actual monthly cost was
>$100 over "promised" price. On 3 consecutive routine services,
none of the requested items were performed except the oil change (which I'm
can't be sure was done properly).

We got a hold of a real turkey at Cherry Creek Dodge who was rude, so we said
thank you and ended the phone conversation.

Dirt: had a $5000 "market adjustment" on the sticker ABOVE
MSRP!!!

I spoke to this dealer over the phone, and they will promise the world... when
you get there, they don't say what they said they have, and they lie about what
invoice really is when you talk price.
