Last year on April 28, 2006 I went in to northglenn dodge with a print add for
a 1999 Truck for the price of 11499. Which I still have and mentioned the add
and the price to Roman Castro the sales person. When I decided to buy the truck
he never talked about the price until I noticed it after signing half the paperwork
that it was for 13626.41 more then 2000 then the asking price. He told me the
bank required that he charge more to get me financing since I had less then
perfect credit. He told me these fees were out of his hands and that was the
only way the bank would approve the loan. This did not seem right since it was
part of the clearly listed cash price before any fees. I felt uneasy and asked
Roman about this a few days later. His answer was always vague and it was apparent
at this time he was lying since his story was not exactly the same this time.
He was fumbling with his story. I contacted the bank and they confirmed that
they would never ask a dealer to add extra charges and that the dealer dictated
the price not the bank. If anything they advised me that if anything the dealership
would lower the price to get the deal. The representative felt they had taken
advantage of me and that I should take it up with Northglenn. The bank advised
me that I should take this up with the dealership since they had misrepresented
themselves. I have sent them letters and faxes with no response. It is apparent
that Roman would tell me anything to get this deal through. In any case they
ripped me off and I feel they should refund to the loan the difference. I reported
it to the BBB bureau and the dealership rejected it but again beat around the
bush on their reason for charging more. Not even an apology this is not just
bad customer service but fraud.
If it comes down to a problem this dealership will leave you high and dry.

I submitted an interest in purchasing another Dodge truck trough the internet
and my submission was referred to Northglenn dodge in northglenn Co. Denver,
Well the sales man called me I believe his name was RJ or some sort, anyway
he asked what kind of truck I was interested in and I told him. I also told
That was dealing with a local dodge dealership and but that I was keeping my
option open for now. He told me to tell this other salesman that I already found
a truck as if he were confident that he was had already sold me a truck. he
literally begged me for my information and the information on my trade in as
advised me that he would submit this to his people and get back with me later
in the day or the following day. Fine I was ok with this. Now I know I do not
have the best of credit and I sure that after his people viewed my credit report
they probably told him to forget this person. He never called me back and I
have not heard back from them what the problem was which I believe is only common
courtesy. The fact that he completely blew me off really made me angry I mean
who do they think they are! So to whoever reads this and is thinking of buying
a new or used vehicle please avoid them like the plague and disease that they
are. not only this dealership but the one in one in pueblo as well as they own
both dealerships. you will never get anything but burned from these guys!!!!
what else is there to say. dealership is rude and a rip off.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
I have to admit that the salesman I was dealing with (Sugi) was very personable,
knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The sales manager, however, had none
of these qualities. In fact he was very cocky and condescending. We negotiated
a deal (after an ordeal), only to be misinformed during the financing about
additional charges on the vehicle (which they claimed were standard for them,
but NOT SO STANDARD to us). We ended up walking out of there with no deal. Overall,
they were NOT honest with us up front, which for us was a deal-breaker.
