Lack of communication within the sales force caused me to lose a vehicle I so very much wanted. I was mislead yelled at humiliated, lied to, harassed. I apologized to the owner for what I still don't know. Then called back, after they fired a dishonest sales person, to see if I was still interested. Actually I wanted the vehicle so bad I said yes. The next sales man was bitter so he said he would of helped me but now he is stuck doing the sale but he would rather do something else. he said at one point he was told to string me along and make me give up on the sale. (i know there is a logistics ? here) Another sales person and Mr. Bitter called because Mister Bitter was bad at doing his job and didn't send info or pass on info to like the credit people so that I could finance. When i called Mr. Bitter to tell him i finally got the cash in pocket be there the next morning, THE CAR WAS SOLD BY ACCIDENT that night.
Yea I have a lot of parting shots that wouldn't do anything to help ease the heartbreak I am feeling .I can not believe the yanking these guys did to me. I am speechless and maybe a little numb still. I can a huge lump in my throat and tears in my eyes are a brewing so it’s ta-ta for me. Nothing gonna bring that Jeep back. Thanks for this web sight, it helps a little.

On numerous occasions, dropped off vehicle for dealership to look for problems (i.e. water leaks -- extended cab owners know what I mean). When I got back to the dealership they changed the oil but had forgotten to look into the other issues. After a few times(!) of this happening, and being vehicle-less for the day, I stopped dealing with this place. Five star my butt! Also note that some repairs are not done in house either. Buy here, service elsewhere. 100,000 and counting....

Gave extremely high repair price to fix airbag and said it had to be repaired. Removed vehicle and sent it to another dealer who quoted and repaired for $500. less. Rudeness and bad attitudes by service personnel and managers. Sales manager tried to steal the sale from a rookie salesman who showed the vehicle and I would not allow the sale to be processed by the rude manager.
