The few times I've been there the staff in the parts dept.was not only not courteous but said they'd call when the ordered parts arrived and did not.They also have no hours posted so I wasted a trip there and found no employees present and knew not when to return? The Dodge dealer/parts dept.(1) is connected to the Jaguar/Lincoln (2) dealership in Woodbridge and appears to try to use their(2) reputation as their (1) own though it's obvious that they do not share the same customer service strategies or courtesy. I felt as if I had taken a giant leap back in the evolutionary ladder just by walking 100' from one dealer to the other! If I managed the Jag dealership I'd be appalled by this review. I will not return to this Dodge dealer though it is 10 miles closer to my home than the next one. I have spoken to neighbors close by and they cite the same types of examples and disdain for this dealership! I would think they would like people to spend their monies there but what do I know?
