Try and talk to the department manager if possible, I can't remember his name
but he's been awesome to me. On the other hand, by my team supervisor (Mark
A.) I've been misled and pressured into purchasing expensive maintenance packages
even after saying "No Thanks"! I was misled when I first bought my
truck and had only 8 thousand miles on it...my front end was shaking at slower
speeds and I was told by a couple of veteran mechanics, one being my father
the other a close family friend that it simply looked like cupped tires. When
I brought the truck down for a routine oil change I was told that they could
not and would not rotate my tires! The supervisor for my maintenance team (red
team/Mark A.) tried to sell me some package that I didn't need or want at the
time especially because I didn't have 500 dollars for it. Mark's tone of voice
was inappropriate as he preached to me about my tires and how they needed to
be rotated at like 5000 miles or something and that if I bought their package
I wouldn't have had that problem. He then tried to sell me NEW TIRES!!! New
tires at 8000 miles...Guess what...I rotated them myself and got 45,000 miles
out of them with no problems! Twice I've dropped off my truck first thing in
the morning for routine oil and filter changes and they never called me back
to tell me it was ready for pick up...I had to call them. Once they told me
they didn't have time to get to it! Lastly, when I bought this truck I received
a "preferred customer" program which means I get free oil changes...they
never believe me and take 15 minutes every time to find me in the computer,
a couple times asking me at pick up to pay for the maintenance.
On the other hand...my salesman was THE BEST! If you're looking for a Dodge
truck see Luigi, he is helpful, kind and doesn't pressure you. He still takes
time to talk and ask about the vehicle when I go in for my maintenance. Parts
department is also helpful and professional.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
Sales and Service WERE excellent when the dealership was Dodge Village. Service
has been a headache since new ownership took over. My last visit they had no
record of me or the truck (by VIN) in their computer. The attitude was they
could not be bothered with take the time to search in the computer. They still
did not want to believe me after showing them documents stating I bought the
truck from them. After about half an hour of arguing someone else in service
came by, offered to help, and fixed the problem. Some people at crowley dodge
need to learn basic customer service skills.

they had to replace my door after after screwing it up. Would not trust! Everyone
has good and bad with all dealers. They just lost my trust with anything.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid, bought there=No, scv_there=yes,
high, high pressure sales tactics. I did not like the games they played. The
service department was rude to me. Sorry to say this was a bad experience
