Worst place to have your vehicle fixed/maintained. Poor mechanics. I have had
the same repetitive problem 5 times in a row and every time it is something
different. Roberts Dodge in meridan is a top notch shop with top notch mechanics!!
Go with Roberts Dodge for a job done right the first time. If you like losing
your vehicle for a week at a time at least 2 times a month, Executive is your
dealership

Went there to purchase a grand caravan after several test drives and shopping
at other dealerships. We didn't trust our "salesman" from the beginning,
caught him in several lies but figured if we could get a better deal than what
we were offered at other dealerships we visited, we would ignore his BS. He
kept telling us that the other dealership was pulling a fast one on us and that
"those people are wasting your time" "that is not the car for
you" as if we were idiots and didn't know what we wanted or what we were
offered. Then he kept us waiting while he played the "I have to check with
the manager to meet/beat this price" routine. He disappeared for a long
time then came back with a key dangling from his hand saying "let me show
you this car". I asked him tell me what the price was he gave me a dirty
look and said lets just go see this car to see if it is what you want. We had
told him for two weeks what we wanted and spelled it out that day with a price
from another dealership, he refused to tell us the price of the car!!! I told
him the only person wasting our time was him and that we were going back to
the dealership who offer we asked him to match. He began yelling at us "that's
not the car for you" I said how the hell do you know?? My husband attempted
to get the copy of our drivers license and registration he made and he (Angelo
the "salesman") grabbed them close to his chest like a three year
old with a toy your trying to take away, and said "No it's my property"
we again said to give it back but he wouldn't!!! a manager there had to tell
him to give it back to us!!! What a loser!!! Never never do business there!!
And never let anyone copy your drivers license while you take a test drive they
do a credit check on you without you authorization which is illegal! If they
do make a copy of your info, get it back when you leave! If they do a unauthorized
credit check contact the FTC and they will be fined $2500 dollars!! The rest
of the staff there reacted to our leaving by yelling expletives at us while
we left!!!
Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No,
I got the impression that they don't sell a lot of Cummins, but the salesman
never said "I don't know" to any of my questions. He got the answers.
He sometimes had to call me back, but he called with the answers within a couple
hours.

They are all very nice but I feel like they tell you something needs to be fixed
when it doesn't. They told me I needed new sway bars and another dealership
told me they were fine. So who do I believe? The brake job they did was less
than satisfactory, I had to take it back in to have to additional work done.
I do have to say they did not charge for that.
I just wish I could find a dealer that I can really trust. I have yet to find
that.

Not bad, bought the truck the day we test drove it! Service Person Misled us
by telling us we had free oil changes for life. But then said since we had a
diesel that it would cost 65$. I love this truck! Ford ,Chevy, and GMC can't
match it!
