my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 just died-stalled in traffic last Friday night. Had it towed to Holley cause they were nearby and I just moved to the area. When I called the next day, they hadn't looked at it yet, which I hadn't expected, but as of today- A WEEK LATER, they still haven't had the time to look at it yet!!! What the f? Are they that busy with these lemons? I called every few days and it's like pulling teeth to get info out of these people! As of now I will never buy a Dodge again, and as for Holley- they won't see me either!

Salesman Chad, worked with me one on one to make sure all my needs were taken care of. Working on his day's off, allowing me to contact him at home, and just going to the extreme to assure I was happy with my purchase. I was weary of Holley Dodge, but I've been back twice since.

I took my wife's sebring convertible there for a new rack (they did fine) but the rest of the work (drivers seat lever, drivers door check) was a nightmare. Had the car for over two weeks. I have a chrysler extended warranty (Thank God). I had a real hassle with Holley about the rental (for two weeks) Finally straightened it out after hours of yelling. Door check still doesn't work. They also did an alignment (poorly) and never fixed the door. Parts still on order (after 4 months) Thanks anyway ! Parts doesn't communicate with service and vice versa. I will never buy another Chrysler product thanks to these guys... and they are supposed to be five star. Horrible.

I purchased a vehicle there and was totally screwed. They made a 3000.00 mistake on the paper work and then expected me to pay for it. I met the FTI Manager half way, but I should never have been expected to pay the difference. The sales guy was out to lunch in more ways than one. However he is gone now.
My last experience with the service dept was very good. They Service Manager worked with me when Executive DOdge was trying to tell me something was wrong when it wasn't

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
I never was informed so much about a truck Or car before I purchased it (My new truck) Two of the other dealers were trying to sell me A cheaper truck that, (as I found out through my salesman's insistence that I know what I really NEEDED) would have caused me HUGE headaches and possible warrantee issues. Thanks to my salesguy (Matt -The Dodge Truck Guy) for steering me right. The one problem I did have with my truck was not really a warrantee issue, but they still covered my repairs, no questions asked, saying 'its the right thing to do. That's why I referred two of my coworkers down to holley, and they didn't embarrass me at all (Holley or my friends), because they raved about the deal they got.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Good,
Sales Manager Hal Oaks and his staff were great. They helped me get exactly what I wanted. The service Dept. is good I however did have a few complaints. On two occasions they needed to order parts not in stock. I received a post card in the mail from the parts counter telling me the parts were and yet never got a call from the service dept. I was very unhappy with their parts counter, I had ordered a few parts for my other truck. The parts were back ordered an unreasonable amount of time and I had to call them weekly to get the status. After a few of the pieces came in, I went to pick up what they had and they had misplaced one of the items. It took an additional 3 weeks to get a replacement. I canceled the remainder of the order and bought it from another source.

I live 5 miles from there. Didn't buy my truck there since they were a new dealer when I was in the market for a truck. Ordered a part from them last month, was told it would be in the next day, three days later I call and the guy says its still not in, hang up the phone go out pick up the mail, there is a postcard from the parts dept telling me the part is in! So I think I will stick with my usual dealer for the time being. Its nice when the left hand knows what the right is doing, they evidently haven't learned that trick yet.

For my first dealings with them I was less than impressed. Its a 95. I guess in my mind they were still "new" I've always had good luck at Papas. Bought my dodge at Carter but service has been a nightmare. Now I use a local garage for service. Only to the dealer for extended warranty service. IF it's an expensive repair.

Holley Dodge has been at their current location since 88 and has been a five star dealer since 93. I wouldn't exactly call them a "NEW" dealer. I've purchased a lot of parts from the parts counter and have never had a problem. Compared to Papa's Dodge in New Britian, I've gotten far better service there.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know or No Experience
