Second Ram I’ve owned and the only good thing they have is a Cummins engine. This latest one went through three sets of universal joints in under 10000 miles. It spent more time in the shop than on the road so I traded it toward a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.
Another mistake. I work for a supplier of DCX, second tier and they had better get quality up or they will lose what ever market share earned with the cool designs they have. Needless to say, the jeep is going to be traded in as well for something that actually runs for a few thousand miles before it fails.
By no means should this reflect on the dealership, Linder is outstanding in sales, service and parts and are second to none when it comes to integrity and honesty! See Lou D., he will give you 150% before and after the sale.

Bought 2000 Grand Caravan missing one head rest to seat behind front passenger was told and in writing that I would receive one. I called numerous times no help only avoidance even the manager who told me he would get back to me played the avoidance game. I would never do business with this dealership again!!!

Outstanding patience and product knowledge. Took the extra mile to work with me while I decided on my vehicle. Specifically Mr. Linder and Mr. Smith took the time to determine what I wanted and then contacted other dealers to find my vehicle, Mr. Linder also attended auctions trying to find my "Dream" Vehicle (to no avail). I finally decided on an in-stock Ram 2500. This was the only local dealership that would willingly show me copies of invoices. When I verified invoice prices against internet resources their prices were fair and honest. All in all this was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I have ever made.
