Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Maybe,
Had to bring the truck back twice in two months because the vacuum lines were
dry rotted and the engine light came on. I was told by the service dept that
"it happens". The truck was then returned to me with sticks wedged
under the rear bumper as if it had been backed into the bushes behind the dealership.
Also, front rotors are rusted and deformed beyond repair which makes the truck
shake when brakes applied. Truck only had 20,000 miles on it when the problem
started. Told by service dept that they had no idea why this happened but there
was nothing they could do. Wanted to charge me $400 to replace.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
Found a low pressure salesmen (Bill Canfield), who worked with me to finding
the truck I wanted.
But The Service and Body Shop are the absolute WORST. Body Shop needed three
visits to repair a spoiler that had pulled away from the body. Still don't believe
they fixed it correctly, as on the third try they just siliconed it in place.
Service, these people are INCOMPETENT. After three trips for service they still
don't have my name correct in the computer. Paper work says my truck is Blue,
even though it is Black. Don't try and point these things out to them, they
don't get it. My story - Truck Brakes were squealing constantly. They checked
it out and gave me the, they "all do that" answer. After three more
weeks of listening to this truck squeal, I went back. Finally after spending
a half hour convincing them something was wrong, they agreed to replace rear
pads and rotors. Upon picking up the truck FRONT pads and rotors had been replaced.
At this point they found all kinds of people to blame (who cares, just get the
right parts and FIX IT) and even used the "they all do that" excuse
about the rear squeal AGAIN. Rear pads and rotors where replaced yesterday finally.
They had promised me a loaner at screw up time, but no one could recall that
when if was time to bring it in. Gave up, just wasn't worth it fo r the loaner.
Girlfriend owns a Mustang GT (purchased and serviced at Steven's Ford). Found
that the Ford side of service is better, but they will pester the heck out of
you, to make sure you fill out the "How Did We Do" survey favorably.

Sales=Poor, Service=Good,
Sales and management will say anything to get you to sign on the dotted line.
However, if you have a problem after delivery, forget it. You can get a good
price out of them, but try others before making a deal with this one. Service
department is very good. The only reason they did not receive excellent is because
their Body Shop is the worst I have ever seen. Parts department is excellent.
They give 110%.
