I purchased my 2003 300M from another dealer and went to C.F. Schwartz for service because the original dealer's service department was so horrible to deal with. I found C.F. Schwartz's staff to be wonderful!! They have been professional, courteous, and helpful even when it wasn't necessary for them to do so. They always answer my questions completely and I have never felt like I was getting the run around or mislead. The work has been done correctly and well, and I have had to have major work done on my vehicle so I have extensive experience with them. They are a real dream to work with and I highly recommend them. They are also a toyota sales office and that is likely the next vehicle I will purchase because although I love the styling and features of my 300M, I no longer trust it to transport my two young children.
