The sales associate (Joe Wood) was very helpful. Joe did a very good job helping me get a 2003 neon sxt. BUT the service department associate seemed to not want to help me (the customer). Overall I was very happy with the car after I had to go to another place to have it checked to see what the problem was.
I would want my sales associate (Joe Wood) to know that he does a very good job and he is very good with the customers.

I have bought three vehicles at Holden Dodge in Dover Delaware and haven't had a problem at all!
This last purchase of a 2006 Dodge Durango SLT was my most pleasant ever at any Dealer, Dodge or what ever.
And it appeared that other customers that were there were being treated just fine also.
The service department I have only dealt with once or twice but had no problems at all, in fact a small piece of vacuum hose I needed was given to me at no charge and the parts man helped me put it on. To me that's good for something!
Would I go back to Holden Dodge, you can bet on it!

We were very satisfied with the dealership and especially with the salesperson. We felt very comfortable dealing with him.

I have brought my car to this dealer ship four times for service and not once was I ever offered a courtesy ride. I was also sold an extended warranty which is proving to be useless. It seems the time that I bring my vehicle in the service department seems to find something other than covered parts wrong and charges me 68 dollars an hour to tell me it's not covered. I also have an issue with the reliability of the safety equipment. My air bags have never deployed, but yet my airbag light stays illuminated. When I took my car in for this I was told it was an internal fault inside the passenger air bag and it was not covered. After contacting Chrysler Corp, they agreed to cover it but failed to inform me that I had to have it done in thirty days or less (according to Holden service reps) or the coverage is null. Oh by the way even though I could not have done anything to cause this problem, I was still going to have to pay a 50 dollar deductible. This is the first time I have owned a Dodge product and it will certainly be the last, and I would never recommend any to do otherwise, but most of all I would discourage any one from getting their vehicle serviced at Holden Dodge. And on top of all that the staff in the service department is not very friendly.

Called in and mention engine noise- was told to bring later - given appt for seven days later and told that if it make different noises to stop driving!! Finally later that day had to have towed in due to noise. Given to service department - they claimed oil was changed and ruined engine! Total fabrication!! Have extended warranty and at first dealership(manager) claimed that he would have it fixed regardless who was at fault!!He simply lied!! I called a week later to check on car and was told that they are not going to fix unless it is pay for by me!! Will start letters to Chrysler now!!

Every time I have been to this dealership I have had nothing but praise, their prices are high but expected for a dealership. An example was when my truck was over 5 years old and the paint was fading, they (Holden) paid for half of the paint job. I only had a 1 year war. on my paint. Out of the ten years I have been dealing with Holden Dodge I have had only one problem with them. I had a break job done buy them for my rear breaks locking up though inspection, after it passed inspection I had my breaks lock up on me again about 3 months later, I believe they did not change my parking break cables which I knew were failing or sticking, the second time I brought it in they changed the cables and that fixed the problem. The time I had the break job done they (Holden) had a whole new crew in service department working there. If Dodge did not force their people to move around from dealer to dealer they wouldn't have as many problems as they have. When you have a really good crew send them to a dealership with a bad crew to teach them how to be a good crew, if that can't be done fire the bad crew.

don't go to Holden Dodge, they wouldn't know a TSB from an ISB and they are damn rude too!

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
