Anytime I had anything done at the service dept., I had problems. The LAST (and I mean "last") time I was there, I had a vibration in the rear of the truck. Service rep. recommended I take off my brand new Rancho 9000 shock absorbers and put the old OEM shocks back on so he could check the vibration. What a joke!

Service manager at dealership told me that the internet is no place to search for specific problems for a specific vehicle. He said this when I tried to give him the printout on a TSB I had with my Ram. would probably go to another dealership if I had to do it over again.
