I went there looking for a Dodge Caravan and they sold it to me (pushed it on me)told me that they were going to give me the worst case scenario for the interest rate and on Monday morning they were going to call a finance company that they work with a lot and they were 99 % sure that they would lower my interest rate and I could come back in on Monday to re-do the contract. Well Monday night they call me at home and tell me not only would the company not lower my interest rate but they weren't able to find anyone to finance me at all and they wanted me to bring the van back (We wanted to wait until Monday to see if they were going to drop the interest rate before we signed the contract and they insisted that it was no big deal to go ahead and just sign the one for the higher interest rate, which if we had to pay that it would have been no problem we were just seeing if we could get a lower one). After arguing with them on the phone we told them that we would not be able to bring it back that night. They came and towed it. In the mean time they already cashed our down payment check. The will give you the run around and say any thing to get you to sign a contract before they know if anyone will finance you. I went to another dealer ship the next day and got 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport. It was their loss. But what a pain in the a**.
