Sales=Excellent, Service=Poor, Parts=Good, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Maybe,
I bought my first Ram from Dependable Dodge in 1997--and was the worst buying experience of my life. The service department wasn't much better, and I swore I would never deal with them again. In December 2002, I was shopping for my next truck, and stopped by just to see what was on their lot, in the off chance they would have the truck I was looking for. I was amazed by the service I received by the sales rep. She went out of her way to get the truck I wanted (which was at another Dodge dealer on the West coast of Florida)--and gave me a better price than I had received through AAA auto buying service. It was then I learned that almost all the employees in the sales/service department were new. I tried the service department, but it wasn't better than before. It took 15 days to make a warranty repair on the rear differential on my new truck. Since then, they've "been too busy" to look at my truck on the day of my scheduled appointment on 3 occasions (4 ! if they don't see it today), refuse to make rental vehicle arrangements (covered under extended warranty in overnight stays) until a full diagnosis is made--which has taken several days with this dealership on more than one occasion. I suppose the only reason I go back there is that the other Dodge/Chrysler dealerships in the area are just as bad, if not worse. At the rate things are going, I will never buy another Dodge again--just because I don't want to deal with the service departments at the dealerships (and I can't stand Ford or Chevy pickups!). If I didn't already have 44,000 miles on my truck I would file a Lemon Law complaint. All in all, the truck has spent 23 days in for warranty repair in less than two years. Most of the days in for repair would have been avoided if the dealership was properly managed and had a "DEPENDABLE" staff.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
Sales Manager was rude. I had been in the dealership a few times looking at different vehicles. The dealership gave me some values for my trade in. I started looking at another vehicle and suddenly the value of my vehicle dropped thousands of dollars. I was trying to work the deal with the salesman when I found out that my car had suddenly depreciated. I asked the sales manager if this was a game and he replied "yes, it is a game!", I got up and walked out. I felt sorry for the salesman who worked very hard and had done his job professionally. I got a bitter taste in my mouth and haven't bought a vehicle yet. I want a new vehicle but I do not want to play the GAME!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
The sales manager wouldn't budge on pricing. He wouldn't take away advertising fees or dealer holdback. I told him I already had a better quote on the same Dodge Dakota in West Palm and he said "They are lying to you." At that time I got up and walked out and he said "They are just telling you that to get you into the  ( form cutoff )

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
This dealer completely failed to promote customer satisfaction. Chryslers Arbitration is a waist of time, avoid it like the plague. An engine problem that can not be fixed, and no offer to replace or refund.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know or No Experience
