Very shady, They lie, the general manager stole papers from me, and lied, put on a big show. The commercial account manager lied about the car. The put misleading documents on the car about the what the car came with and the sold the car to me for the same price but with out the extras that was in writing. When approached to return the car the next day the general manager threaten to have me arrested. DO NOT GO THERE, You will leave there with nothing but the shirt on your back, and a soured deal. They LIE, STEAL, AND CHEAT HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE...

Sales personnel are friendly and willing to spend however much time it takes to shop for a vehicle. Their pricing is competitive, but in the end I choose to purchase from Delray Dodge. Their price was good, but the experience was terrible: I should have purchased from Napleton Dodge. The Service department is good, and gets the job done in a timely fashion. The Parts department is excellent. Compared to the other Dodge dealers I have gone to, this one is the best.

Very professional. Both the purchase and delivery of the vehicle went very smoothly. Would recommend this dealer in a heartbeat. Don't know why there not a five star dealer - they were much better to deal with than the two 5 star dealers I went to.

Took delivery of my new Ram Laramie Hemi Q/C on Saturday (2/1). It's GRRRRRRREAT! So far my whole experience with Napleton Dodge in Jupiter Fl. has been very positive.
Did my pricing on the internet with CarsDirect. They had two dealers - one 50 miles from my home (Arrigo in West Palm) and I wouldn't do business with them do to negative experience with them in the past. CarsDirect's other dealer was about 100 miles from my home - just too far.
Napleton pretty much met CarsDirects price (with-in a $100). Ordered on 1/2 took delivery on 2/1. Paperwork went smooth and very fast. Would recommend them highly.
