Got in a wreck and they kept my brand new Magnum for 4 1/2 months. Believe they were lying to me about unavailability of parts. Almost a year to the day, I dropped the car off for more follow up service, and it was stolen from the dealership! Gave me no information and no support whatsoever while I spend months again paying for a rental car. According to law enforcement, cars are stolen from there on a regular basis and they do nothing to help investigation and nothing whatsoever to boost their security. Same cars show up later, trashed. Obviously an inside job. Customers are a nuisance to them and they treat you as such. I half expect car dealerships by nature to be a den of thieves, but this one pushes it too far.
Really don't have much experience with this car. I only pay for it, not drive it, because it is never in my possession. Lowest mileage on a lease anyone will see.

Service department is a rip off!!! If you bring your car in for service stay away from a guy named Frank! He will rip you off to no end!!! He is a thief!!!!!!! He will try and sell you everything the car does not need!!!!! He then says that your warranty will be no good if you do not do all of the "flushes". He tried to sell me a 30,000 mile ck up for 700.00 when I only have 22000 on my car. This used to be an honest place! Never again will I return to this place! I will post this on every web site I can find and tell everyone I know to stay away!!!!!!!!! Highway robbery

Fairbanks Dodge has salesmen that don't know their head from a hole in the ground. They tell lies to rope you into a sale and then string you along with stories that change like the weather. One salesman has nothing on his mind but flirting with customers--so much so that he writes up incorrect contracts with incorrect names and information on it. The best part is that when you special order a car, they will tell you a blow by blow account of it's whereabouts (all fictitious). One day it is in Tampa, the next in Jacksonville and then it disappears into thin air and they have no clue where it is!! A bunch of bungling idiots!!
Avoid this dealership as if it was a dangerous infection!!

Fairbanks is in breach of a number of Federal Trade Commission laws. Starting with the sale department and getting worse with the service department. A plague of an automobile dealership.

The finance manager, Sal, is a liar. He told me that they did not accept AAA financing, and that I must use their financing to purchase vehicle. Found out that Fairbanks is a AAA preferred dealer, and that indeed they accept AAA financing. Got an inflated rate from him. Instead of 3.99, he said he was giving 7.25, in reality it was 8.0. Further, I cancelled the 60k extended warranty verbally and in writing and just wanted the no extra cost 70k warranty, supposed to be fixed have not gotten corrected papers. I would never deal with this guy again, and if this is the way the dealership conducts business, I would never deal with them again. Avoid Sal like the Black Plague.

I was talked into a sale which left me TRIPLE upside down... TRIPLE!!! Dodge Caravan has a very bad problem with air conditioning evaporators. Knowing this, the service department allowed me to put in my van for A/C problems with no problem being found until my warranty ran out. Then claiming that the entire A/C system needed to be replaced. Tried to trade in and found out I was triple upside down. I will never buy a Dodge product again and I will never go to Fairbanks Dodge again, This was my 3rd purchase from them since they opened. I guess I'm slow to learn.

Very high pressure tactics. Tried to force us to buy when we wanted to lease. Took approximately 6 hours to complete the deal. Promised a certain monthly payment; however, when the bill arrived it was higher.

These guys are a bunch of mo FO's! They come out from the trees and attack you top buy a car. They play games and try to mind f*** you. If you are stupid you will get suckered. F*** these guys if I decide one day to lose my s*** I will go there (personal threat deleted). I hope they read this and know that one day I might come and wipe there a** out. I went there to look at cars I left running as fast I could, ditching the sales people and leaving them with there stupid paper work in hand. F*** THESE S*** HEAD and do not buy anything from them

Tell you what they will give you for trade-in value and then add whatever they feel to the price of the new vehicle. Very High pressure. Tell you whatever you want to hear, just so you will buy the new vehicle, then low ball the trade in value on the sly. Rush you through with signing all the paperwork. I bought a new Dakota there in April of 2001, and they were good and fair. That's why I went back. Never again will I buy or even service a vehicle from them. When you try and get them to correct the problem, they basically laugh at you. You have been forewarned. Stay clear of the shark stop. They bite hard.

I took my car there a few times since they did my brakes still they never fix the problem they fail to do the rotors and the car is still got the problem. the service person harass me and had racist remarks about me and screamed at me and took my warranty papers from me and got lost with them and had the nerve to call the police and complained about me. All I want is my car fix I never did anything wrong to him like he did to me and I now will never buy another car from Fairbanks Dodge. As you can see in my record I have 2 other friends of mine buy vans there because I said that you had a good dealer, but now not any more. I deserve an apology from Fairbanks.

Their service department sucks so bad, that their mechanics wouldn't even be able to fix a toilet paper dispenser. Fairbanks Dodge sucks turds, do not take a vehicle there for service; it will go in for an oil change and come out with every warning light on your dashboard illuminated.
