My son was looking for an SRT-4 for quite a while a friend of his had bought
there new vehicle there and said the sales person was very pleasurable to deal
with. The dealership was also very customer friendly and the Owner was on site
each day. So my son went first to see if this was true. They did not have the
specific vehicle he wanted(color) so they told him they could get the one he
wanted,and give him a good price. So the next day I went with him to see if
they stood behind there word. We got the deal we were looking for and picked
up the car the next day. If you would like to have a good experience see the
sales person we used Pat Scaglione.

I went to Jerry Ulm Dodge to buy a Neon. I love that beautiful Solar Yellow
color. I dealt with some sales person who immediately assumed that I have bad
credit because I am African American, and I drove up in a 1978 Cadillac Broham.
They laughed at my car as I got out of it. All I wanted was a Solar Yellow Neon.
Not a Viper. Not even a Caravan. Just a Neon. I felt humiliated, degraded. This
is all I have to say is I think there is some racial tensions at Jerry Ulm.
I ended up buying my solar yellow Neon SXT at Brandon Dodge. I found out that
an African American owns that establishment. Thank you. God bless.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
I located a used vehicle online and had been in contact with the internet sales
person, Mark Silva.
I lived 150 miles away from the dealership, and I explained to Mr Silva the
long distance we would be traveling to purchase this vehicle. He described the
vehicle as "immaculate" and a "9" on a scale of 1-10. On
more than one occasion he assured me the vehicle was in excellent condition.
Once we got there, it was only a matter of seconds that my husband and I realized
the disgusting condition the vehicle was in. It had major exterior body flaws,
and the interior was terribly stained. The general sales manager admitted that
the vehicle shouldn't have even been on the lot. Needless to say, they didn't
get a dime of our money! Mark Silva was either purposely deceitful, or too lazy
to inspect the vehicle before we made the 3 hour drive! I even had to demand
an apology from him before I left! Total jerk! Stay away from the crook!

I had to make a complaint to the manager because the service representative
didn't respond or keep me posted about the status of my vehicle. there was a
sloppy job done. now i have to search for a new dealership to complete the job.
I'm very disappointed that i spent my money at this dealership i will be filing
a complaint.

I walked in with a smile and my checkbook ready to make a deal and not only
was I not even invited inside to discuss a deal I was insulted yelled and cursed
at and told to leave because I was adamant about a price that was reasonable
and they just would not try to make a deal. If you ever visit Jerry Ulm, which
I don't recommend, don't ever work with Jeff Hunt, not only was he rude but
he walked away from and slammed a door in mine and my girlfriend's face because
he was not willing to make a deal and got nervous when I actually knew what
I was doing.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Excellent,
Would not buy a tricycle from these guys on a matter of principle. Here I am
with $45k in hand on behalf of a family member looking for a specific Ram config,
and the boss tells his rep that he can only sell what he has on the lot. In
other words he couldn't have been bothered doing a search for specifically configured
vehicle. Obviously I went and purchased elsewhere. Business must be too good
to deal with a cash customer. Wake up!
Service, excellent, on my own 2500 diesel 4x4. Probably the best service experience
I have had world-wide in 30 years. Performed four warranty claims, one out of
warranty for the fuel sender unit. They obviously know how to deal with their
Chrysler CC....... Knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Happy to dig up specs
for anything out of the ordinary.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know,
Back in May of 2000 I wanted to upgrade from my Ford Ranger. After a very unpleasant
experience at Plaza Dodge of Holiday, I decided to give Jerry Ulm a shot (a
bit out of my way but I wanted some service. Not the run around game). I'm glad
I did. We were unable to do a deal on a new truck but with some effort and elbow
grease (and a few extra bucks from me) we were able to put together a deal on
a used 1999 Ford F150. I knew I'd be back.
This time I got me a brand spankin' new 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab (Flame
Red, of course) and boy do I like it. They remembered me and did me right. So
much so that my wife bought a brand new 2002 Dodge Stratus the very next day.
I think they really like us now. I'd do it again and recommend them to all.

Sales=Good, Service=Good,
Ordered 2001 Ram, delivered in fall 2000, was not equipped with same trim as
other '2001's' on the lot, seems Chrysler changed trim level on SLT models by
deleting some features on 'new' model year. Dealer worked with me to make up
the difference. Their 1st trade in offer was $2000 more than any other dealer
on my trade. Been back for clockspring recall 3 times, new steering wheel, service
scheduling at my convenience, Saturdays, too.
