I can not say enough about the way that my wife and I were treated. The sales
dept. worked above and beyond any dealership I have been to before. They asked
what we were looking for, and what kind of deal they had to make to sale us
a vehicle. We told them what we could afford, and within one hour we were signing
the papers with the very car we wanted and at the very deal we said without
any problems or pressure. the sales staff stayed late after closing to get the
car ready. and we drove it home that night. Thank You to the entire staff at
MILTON DODGE for being so good at what you do. And a special thanks to Chucky
and Ivan Nolan and Penny

Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Maybe,
My wife and I traded-in an older model Plymouth Voyager we bought used for a
new one in '99. 365 days later on a Sunday the van over heated. We pulled over
immediately and had the van towed to the dealership. On monday we were informed
we would have to pay 150.00 bucks to have the engine checked out since it was
out of warranty. After much pleading and arguing we paid them. Of course, the
cylinder head was cracked.....2500.00 dollars when we finally got it back. Six
months later the same thing happen. I replaced it myself and we sold the van.
My wife will not own a Dodge again. I own a 95 Dodge Ram and am very pleased
with it, however, I have never had to take it to the dealership. I also have
an 03 Dodge Intrepid I drive for work as a sales rep. I bought it from Milton
Dodge and have put 158,000 miles on it. It has served me well. Recently the
speed sensor? stopped working on it. I took it to a mechanic I know personally
and trust. He found the PCL (on board computer) was bad and had to be replaced
he ordered it from Milton Dodge..........1 month later, still no computer and
the guy in the service dept doesn't know when they will get. I like Dodge vehicles,
but I am not really pleased with the service I have received from Milton Dodge.
I trade work cars every 2-3 years....I will have to consider whether or not
I will continue to deal with the local guys. I would love to find a dealer that
does what he advertises he will do, and maybe stock some of the parts. I can
get stuff overnight from almost any where in the country, why is it so difficult
to get components for relatively new autos? No local inventory? No concern on
their part? I am sure there is someone who wants my business enough to provide
decent service.
I was going to pass this truck on to my son for his first vehicle. With gas
prices up and the truck running so well, I decided to keep it myself and sell
him my Intrepid.

the service department is the greatest.bought my dakota at another location
in milton, but i get one hell of a lot better service from milton chrysler dodge.same
for the parts department.. but there sales department has a lot to be desired,if
your looking they wont get off there butts to ask you if you want anything, and
if your outside they wont get off there butts to walk outside to see if you
want anything,if you want them you have to go to them.In 98 when i had an old
clunker i was looking for a new truck, and when i went there like i said they
would not come outside to ask me anything, when i drove on the other dealership
at hunts,mr.todd l actually came out to ask me one evening if i wanted anything
in the middle of a windy rain storm.so even to this day i watch there salesmen
at milton chrysler and to this day the only thing that looks good to them is
the coffee pot and to keep there butts seated and warm..

I bought the truck off the internet, it had two warranty problems, they serviced
and replaced the CD/radio and the AC line with the thermostat in it. They have
done replacement work (mirrors) oil changes and provided me with information.
If anyone has a problem with this company it is their own fault, they have gone
out of their way to help me, even though I did not buy from them.
Will continue to use them until they take my license.

I bought my '96 2500 Laramie long bed new from another dealer, but found that
service at Milton Dodge was convenient for me on my way to work. As I am a little
obsessive about everything always being perfect on my vehicle, I have probably
been a more frequent customer for service than the average Joe. My extensive
experience with Sam, the Service Mgr, his staff, mechanics, and the Parts Dept.
allows me to state with confidence that they all work hard to provide honest,
consistent, and reliable service. All service for the past 7 1/2 years has been
done by them and I continue to be a fully satisfied customer.

Bought brand new dodge there carried it back numerous times. The valves rattled
before it was even out of warranty. Doesn't matter what type of gas you put
in it. They would or could not ever fix it. Would never buy anything there again.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor,
Went to buy a Town and Country Ex from them. Car handled fine during test drive.
During the test drive with the salesman he learns that I am a recent college
graduate. Quotes me a rebate of $400 because of it. I buy the car later that
afternoon and the $400 dollars is deducted from the sales order. I drive the
car home and 3 days later receive a call from the head salesman that there had
been a mistake and they " don't expect me to come in and pay the $400 today,
but need to discuss arrangements for me to reimburse the dealer". I told him
that I would be not be paying them $400. I was then told that I could expect
to have the deal kicked back to me and that they would want the car back. I
informed them that I would get back with them as soon as I could talk with my
Legal Officer the (I'm in the Navy). Phoned the dealership about an hour later
to let them know it would be next week before my legal appointment and that
I would be in touch afterwards. Received several calls through the week harassing
me about the money. Phoned them back saying I was not going to pay the $400.
Talked to some higher up saying that I should pay it because it was an "honor"
thing. Informed them that I did not have to pay it and the honor thing should
be about your salesman quoting bad information. He should have the "honor" to
pay it. Also notified them that if I received any more harassing calls I would
be going to the Better Bus. Bureau. Did not receive any more calls.
