Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
I have never seen a dealer that after taking 1400 dollars of my money and not
fixing the problem tell me that if i want my truck to shift any better i should
buy a new one. I returned with this truck less than 300 miles after picking
it up and was told that the mechanic could not make this transmission jump out
of gear. as I'm a fleet mechanic for pepsi in florida i work on trucks daily.
I'm told they checked pressures and they were good, well i should not have to
foot the bill for parts that did not work. all said and done a bad connection
was the problem at the pcm. I have this dodge for the cummins diesel but it
seems at 75000 miles the dealer is just looking to take your money. And i had
to fix this my self as the service writer would not even think about maybe the
mechanic made a mistake. And i spent money that did not fix the problem. If
i cannot get 100000 miles out of a diesel truck that's just sad for dodge

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent, Parts=Good, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
Parts department very competent, however doesn't always have even fairly common
parts/accessories in stock. Always lower price than other dealers in the area
though, so its worth waiting a day to get the part to save a few bucks.
The service department is top-notch. They repaired my automatic transmission
for me, and rebuilt the rear end. All work performed correctly and without trouble.
Labor rates fair. I have never left feeling "raped."
Tom and Chuck, service writers, very friendly and personable, and tell it like
it is, no BS from them. The shuttle van drivers are fun, reliable, and almost
always on time. Louie, the service manager, is a pleasure to deal with, and
this guy REALLY knows his stuff. When other dealers had my truck for weeks and
couldn't find a problem, I bring it to him, and get it back the next day--fixed
right the first time.
This dealership is about 20 minutes farther from my house than the local dealer,
Daytona Dodge, but I ALWAYS make the trip. They are worth it.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent,
Was out of state and wanted 1999 Ram 1500 checked out for power loss and intermittent
check engine light. NOTEWORTHY that they were very busy yet got to my truck
in the same day and were not able to duplicate problem. They called me where
I was staying and asked me if I could take a service tech. out and duplicate
the problem for him. I was also unable to get the truck to duplicate problem.
No charge but big piece of mind knowing we could continue on without possible
damage to truck.
