there is a female salesperson with a terrible attitude. She comes off like she is the only person who can do anything for you. Just plain arrogant. At first my wife thought it was a male thing. After trying to get a quote for a possible trade we just left. It's great to be correct !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

attempted to deal with this dealership again. Close to home. Had the same bad experience with the same arrogant female salesperson. No I don't dislike women. Actually wife came with me and after about 30 min. of refusing to give me a trade in cost of vehicle she agreed and we went elsewhere.

Palm is to be avoided in my opinion. My problem with that dealership is arrogance from sales to service.
