Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1) Sales department charges way more than that of other dealers on both new & used.
2) A dealer fee of $695.00!
3) Trade-in values that are a complete joke (the joke is on you if you trade your car, truck or SUV in at Rallye).
4) A sad, sleazy, fake Rolex wearing used car manager who under values your trade. I've seen him dozens of times in the Ocala Hooters (He acts like the young girls in shorts really like the bald old coot for something other than his tips).
5) Besides overcharging, and maybe, maybe fixing a problem by the 3rd or 4th try, service seems to make sport of pissing off customers.
6) An overweight, unkempt, foulmouthed, chain-smoking slob of a sales manager is truly the stereotypical model our worst nightmares could conjure up of a used car salesman.
The only bright spot with my issues with this dealership was Sharon in the Customer Relations department, but she?s unable to counter all the other negatives in this dealership. Rallye is owned & operated by the same people that own & operate Gainesville Dodge, Chiefland Dodge, Advantage Dodge, Sullivan GMC, Pontiac, & Cadillac.
Do yourself & your wallet a big favor. Drive to Orlando and see Oscar at Central Florida Dodge Chrysler Jeep! I did & what a difference. I saved $1,000 even before Rallye?s outrageous dealer fee! I'll happily drive to Orlando to save $1500 & as a bonus, get treated with respect & professionalism.

It would be easier getting blood from a rock than getting this service department to do a good job. They come up with a reason why not to perform warranty work. But if it's paid for out of pocket they will fix it in a heartbeat. WHY??
46,000$ is too much to pay for a vibrating truck at 68mph and up. It's supposed to be made for hwy speeds!!!

Salesman lied about getting a CD player from a trade in for the preowned vehicle I purchased. 2 plus years and I'm still waiting for him to call and schedule a time to have it installed. I called him back initially after a couple of weeks when I first purchased this truck. Guess what, hadn't gotten in a trade with a CD Player yet. I really like Dodge products but I will never purchase from this dealership again.

The salesmanship and customer service I received at Rallye Dodge was worth the trip.They went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for and were able to give me a deal I couldn't walk away from.

An outstanding experience.  We bought the truck solely on the sincerity of the sales and service personnel who were involved in our purchase. Since that time, I feel that the dealership has exceed their promises and my expectations.  Our Dodge has performed flawlessly and I have become a big fan of Dodge Rams and expect to remain for years to come. All thanks to a great Dealer.
