Appointments are always kept and on time. I drive thirty miles to reach the
dealership and my Ram diesel truck run like a champ. I have always been notified
of problems with the vehicle and their service personal are honest in the appraisal
and they have the expertise to fix the problem at hand. When I bought the vehicle
the service personal advised me of a preventive maintenance schedule recommended
by Chrysler and it has been most helpful. My truck has 105,000 miles on it and
I pull a 9,000 pound camper. I have had some service issues with the truck but
They have always been fixed quickly.

We needed a van and I was only in the area briefly before having to travel on
business; my wife has a handicap (that's why the van). I spent a whole day with
the dealers in Jacksonville -- who were fine, I guess, but you go through the
hassle of the whole dealer experience. We called the store in Green Cove late
on a Sunday afternoon, spoke to Ronnie himself, who brought a van that matched
our needs to our house; helped us see if my wife's wheelchair would fit; helped
us work out where she could sit and how; and, moreover, brought the invoice
over, gave us a price based on it, explained what he would make (showed us the
holdback figure, too), and took our information. By noon Monday he brought us
the van and had the paperwork ready. No pressure, just a reaction to a need
and our situation. First rate, and I won't buy anywhere else in the future!

I am certain that the dealership itself is trustworthy. However, the service
manager... Stan, is rude and lazy.
he only tends to the vehicle of the owner, on a regular basis. Moreover, when
you explain a problem to him its as if he's not even listening. please take
it from me do not waste your time or money! Go to St Augustine dodge. its well
worth the drive.

Svc. mgr. extremely honest and very helpful. Repaired vehicle for intermittent
elect. problem three other repair shops couldn't. Highly recommend svc. dept.

The Service Manager was untrustworthy, untruthful and totally unprofessional.
He cost me a lot of money and didn't tell me up front, about the problems his
mechanic saw while evaluating my vehicle. I had the vehicle repaired to his
recommendation. Later, when the problem repeated itself, is when I found out
"The Rest of the Story"!!! The only reason they are a "Five Star Dealership",
is because of the product they sell. CUSTOMER'S BEWARE.
