Had a wonderful time purchasing my vehicle there. Its an exciting environment and the staff is very helpful. I got the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price(always a good thing). And I also loved the fact that they have staff that is not limited to just white anglos.Most dealerships in the area do not have hispanics (Puerto Ricans) employed for them. And last but not least there General Manager or it could have been the owner was very involved in my deal...big plus.

I get an employee "control number" or "green-sheet" where you get the EP price. It is below invoice as well as incentives, so it is a good deal with no negotiation. The salesman filled out the form. The forms had a preprinted line item of about $300 which gets added to every sale
(takes the place of those old bogus Scotchguarding, etc., add-ons). The manager sent him back and the amount was removed because of the green-sheet. This was entirely *voluntary* on their part. Wow! Hard to believe, but this was a dealership that said I had agreed to pay too much! They were up front with the figures. More recently had quite the opposite experience with Winter Haven. I definitely recommend, and will return to, Plaza/Tarpon and avoid Winter Haven.

Came in and explained what I was looking for, within 2 hours my life changed for the better getting one of the best deals I have ever seen or heard of on a Ram. They were friendly, honest, and can expect my business in the future.
"Nobody beats a Plaza Dodge deal"...what can I say the claim is true!

I wanted to buy a Dodge pickup demonstrator they had for sale. After asking many times they would not give me a price. When I asked the price I was given these answers "A Lot" "A Bunch" "As Much As We Can Get" "Plenty" and a few other smart ass answers. I was in my old work truck at the time so I guess they thought I could not afford the truck. By the way I was going to pay cash. I did find a great truck that I purchased from an individual.
