Whenever I took my Ram 1500 Quad in for PM and oil change things were done to my truck that were not authorized and then I was charged for it. Whenever I have taken for minor problems I have left with other problems. I was also told I need $800.00 worth of work done to my truck which only has 22,000 miles on it and has always had scheduled maintenance. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and NOTHING needed to be done. They have incompetent people working on these vehicles and how the are certified is beyond me. They may be certified (Backyard certified), but not ASE certified. They thought they could make a buck, but what they did was loose a customer or two. We were always a Ford a family I guess we should have stuck with FORD!
I am very disappointed with DODGE. Stay away from the service department,unless you want to be taken for a RIDE!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No,
When buying a car, Winter Haven Dodge was the only dealership that I got the truth from. Other dealers would lie about rebates and my dealer told me the truth, got me rebates and sold me the car at the best price. Other dealers wanted hundreds more! Very happy with Winter Haven Dodge. Will take car there to be serviced and if I should need another car.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Fair,
GREAT sales experience! First oil change at 5k. I supplied oil & filter. Quoted $ 21.95 Actual $39.xx. Email dealership as to why? Zero response 8 weeks later. Asked about doing gauges at first oil change. Service Tech VERY helpful. Used INet to make appt to put on a DC (95) tranny hot line with port & Mag Hytec DDpan. Zero response 3 weeks later. Dealer touts that they have their stuff together, really? I will find a dealer that is responsive. I will not beat on someone to do their job. They either do it or they don't. PERFORMANCE COUNTS!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent,
Had a breakdown 90 miles from home was towed in. Left keys and was called back when the service dept found the problem. They fixed it and filled it with fuel. The charge was reasonable given the cause of the problem which seemed to be kerosene in the fuel. The truck malfunctioned again a few days later. I called the service manager and he sent a flatbed to pick up the truck. They replaced the fuel transfer pump under warranty charged me nothing and it is running well now. Each time they were courteous and helpful. I felt good about their help.

Dealership Rating:
