I have never seen anything like it. We just moved into the area about 9 months and joined the YMCA. Little did we know that the whole thing land and building was donated by the local Ford/Dodge dealer. When we first moved to Winder from out of state we heard a lot of positive thing about the dealership so we wanted to support our local dealer since they put so much back into the community. Now we were expecting normal dealership "crap" would you, could you, let me ask my manager mumbo jumbo. But no we found a vehicle in and add, Dodge 1500 quad cab, went there expecting the bait and switch but guess what the vehicles were there , and a bunch I might add (must be 20 acres of cars) we picked it out the salesperson was actually a normal person and actually sold me the car no manager involved. Go figure ! The whole experience was awesome. And get this they have loaner vehicles that are easy to obtain, but now to the best part. The "bathrooms". You would think you were in a Ritz Carlton. Everything was private and automatic even the water, soap and towels were automatic. We have had our truck serviced oil changes and rotations and everyone is like family. So easy from there customer service to there involvement in the community I can see why they have been so successful. We have found our dealer no matter where we live.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
The whole experience was awesome. I have been dealing with the same salesperson for over 10 years. I have the majority of my service work done there as well they are always very courteous and competitive. The loaner car program is awesome. I bring my vehicle in for service, if it is something I don't want to wait on I get a car and go. Anyone that is not able to trade with them really doesn't want to. I have recommended many of my family and friends to them and will continue.

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know,
Largest Ford truck dealership in the WORLD..ans they tell you that..[over and over] If you are not a volume truck buyer, you will get smashed. Huge selection, but sales team is obviously geared towards volume commercial accounts. Volume and location should allow this dealership to monopolize the N GA personal car market, but their current business plan won't allow for it. Its too bad because they could easily satisfy both niche's.. I live a mile away, and I'm buying my truck from another dealer !!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Avoid,
sales staff very product knowledgeable and prompt. Service dept well it sucks to put in in simple terms. They will avoid you if your not there to spend some money, and lord knows I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars on only two components on my truck that all stems from a problem that I've had from the day I brought the truck home.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
No Experience / Don't Know
