I've bought several vehicles from this dealership. They have a great sales staff...very experienced and know their product. My salesman has been there for years. My truck is in for maintenance service regularly and they always offer me a ride to work. The shuttle driver there is great and will go out of his way to make sure I'm where I need to be when I need to be there. I have been doing business here for years and as long as they treat me with the consideration and respect I've had so far, I won't go anywhere else.

The people there were very helpful and very honest. I bought a 03 Chrysler 300m and a ram1500 4x4. It turned out they did not have what I was looking for I purchased the vehicles else where but they told me weather I was getting a good deal and helped me to get a better one even thought I was not buying from them. They also showed me some bogus charges the other dealer was trying to get. I really wish I could have bought from them they didn't have what i wanted in there used inventory. I will let you know about service department later

Sales staff does not know product, and service department LAZY. I took 4 hours for an oil change even with an appointment. Not to mention the Finance Manager will rip you off and hide thing from you.

This is a wonderful dealership my family and I have been dealing with them since about twenty years ago when it was Ivy-Cole the people are wonderful each department is reliable and willing to help you in any way possible.
