After Purchasing our Jeep cherokee, we received a call from another salesman who said that ours had not been doing things above board. this guy wanted to know, since it was 2 years later, if we were ready to bring in our vehicle to trade in and get another one. We would have been sooo upside down on any trade in....even w/ wonderful credit! After 3 tries attempting to have our passenger side power window fixed here, we went to Fernandina beach (where most people in Kingsland go after dealing w/ Bennett). come to find out that the extended warranty was purchased from some company that has a deal w/ Mr. Bennett & NOT through Chrysler, like I asked for!!! This meant that I couldn't have my vehicle fixed anywhere w/in a 40 mi. radius from city limit to city limit from Kingsland!!! Watch out!!

the worst dealership i have ever bought a car from! The sales associate never help the minute I sign the contract! They were rude and never returned my phone calls

I bought a new 99 model from these folks. Nice people in sales--worked with me every step of the way. I'm currently hoping to buy another vehicle from them soon. Service has been outstanding. They even waived my deducible on my extended warranty a couple of times.

The people that work here can't be as incompetent as they appear. It has got to be the management and the people under them are the reflection of that. This dealership ought to close up shop. I'm surprised Chrysler hasn't dropped them. The last vehicle I bought from them was in 1995. I've been back in for service, which is where the majority of my dissatisfaction comes from.
