I was waaaay upside down on my trade-in. I HAD to get a minivan (was expecting #3!). They were really easy to work with, they gave me a great deal, and I was very happy.
The sales department was very helpful. They went inch by inch, feature by feature through the minivans. They gave advice on what would work best for me. No, they DIDN'T try to get me to get the fully loaded model. I got the mid-price Grand Caravan. No bells and whistles. Just the basics. There was NO pressure. The service department has been great. I have only had minor things done (oil changes, etc.). They have been easy to get appointments with. Everything has been up front and dependable. I would CERTAINLY buy from them again. I have sent friends there. When my husband is ready to buy a new truck, we are heading back!

Carl Gregory has good cars but their sales manager Paul Bovaird tells you one thing and then after you sign the paper the paperwork they change the terms on the contract without your knowledge. I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealer in the past 3 years and the last two have been one headache and lie after another from them. Paul Bovaird has blamed everyone else in the dealership for the errors and refuses to take any responsibility. Not only did they change the legal contract after it was signed but when questioned about it Paul treated me as though I was the one doing something illegal. When asked for a simple apology for the way he treated me he again blamed everyone else in the dealership and said he didn't owe me an apology.

This truck has been repaired by Mac the Mechanic 2 within the year 2000 with the oil will not keep pressure and the oil crystallizes causes the engine to loose pressure. We called the dealership and talked with a mechanic, and the expenses were far too great to endure, and this truck has been sitting in my backyard for the past 2 and one-half years.

I was trying to trade in my wife's car on a used 2002 Grand Am. They tried to sell me the car for more than what it cost new. Then they got mad at me for not taking the deal. They started telling me that our car goes down in value every two weeks. I will never buy anything from someone that treats me like an idiot. And the worst thing was that the manager kept checking out my wife!

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid,
I rate Carl Gregory Dodge as one of the very worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I did not buy my truck from them due to their unwillingness to discuss any kind of deal, so I drove 113 miles to a dealership that I had purchased from twice before and purchased my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD with a Cummins engine (ETH/DEE).
The first time I took my truck in to the dealership was for a leaking transfer case. It took three visits to get it right, and each and every time I visited them my truck received dealer inflicted damage. Damage caused by the service technician. First a dented driver’s door (caused by opening the door against the lift and I must take it out to get fixed), the second and third times my carpet came back to me covered in black grease off the bottom of the technicians boots.
The second warranty issue I had was with the windshield washer reservoir, it was leaking along the seam. I called the service writer and explained the problem to him. He told me that I would have to bring in to him so someone could like at it and then they would order the parts of it was not in stock. I declined his offer to bring it in if the parts were not in stock because it would mean two days without my truck rather then one day. The parts were in stock so I turned the truck in for service. The defective component was replaced and I picked my truck up that evening (5:30 PM). When I picked up my truck, I saw greasy, oily, black boot prints on my carpet AGAIN! Rather then address the problem to the service writer, which insulted me early (because I was unable to diagnose a cracked windshield washer reservoir), I took it to the “General Manager”. The “General Manager” offered to have it cleaned for me, WHILE I WAITED, but it had sat on their lot all day long and I was headed home. Why did I have to wait for them to police their QUALITY CONTROL problem on my time? I declined to allow them to touch my truck and took it home to clean myself.
It is evident that the shop area is dirty, unkempt and unsupervised, Quality Control is none existent, technician pride is lacking in their craftsmanship and pride, while the management could care less. That is the reason I took my money 113 miles away to purchase my truck. It is so very unfortunate that I must dealer these incompetent, greedy, bottom feeders. They have damaged my truck on every single visit to their dealership.
Daimler/Chrysler lost me for any further purchases. The wife and I are now looking at a 2002 GMC Yukon for her, due to the problems I have had with Carl Gregary Dodge I will not be purchasing a Durango! I challenge Carl Gregory Dodge or anyone from Daimler/Chrysler to contact me and re-win my loyalty. I know that it will not happen so I have lost nothing, but you lost a customer.
The above comments were comments that I submitted to Daimler/Chrysler on a survey they sent to me.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
Don't know they a-- from a hole in the ground!!!! They suck big time!!!!!

Sales=Good, Service=Don't Know,
Went in with Edmunds invoice prices, their invoice prices matched. Paid invoice plus $500. Finished deal in less than 30 minutes.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Good,
Treated me very well. I would purchase from this dealership again.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
After taking the truck on an extended test drive (over night) and then purchasing the truck, they asked me to bring it back for "delivery" which included cleanup. After specifying NOT to use abrasive (dirty rags with grit in them) cloths or nylon brushes on my clearcoat (I want to put the scratches on if anyone!), they did so anyway, leaving a nice pattern in my previously perfect clearcoat. I also left a $91 text book in the truck and the staff managed to soak it with some liquid, place it on my carpet and permanently stain my gray carpet with a nice red rectangle. Salesman and staff in general didn't respect me due to my age and didn't do anything to win my business. Will go out of town next time.

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid,
The computer went down in my truck and I limped into the dealership. I explained the problem and what had happened, they said that it would be 3-4 days before they could even look at it. Then it would take a couple of more days to fix it, of they had the part on hand or even longer if the part had to be ordered. Went to purchase parts for my truck, so I called before hand to ensure the parts I needed were in stock. I was told that they had two on hand and to come on down and they would set one aside. I arrived 30 minutes later and it took them 30 more minutes to tell me that they did not have the parts and they would have to order.      Wanted to order a new 1999 ram 2500 Quad 4 x 4, I had a QUOTE in hand from another dealer that was 120 miles away. Wanted to give the home team to give me their best pitch. There best was over $2,200 more expensive and they refused to deal.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor,
Rude, take forever to get parts, are not straightforward, and would rather you just go away.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know or No Experience
