Horrible service! They tried to rip us off AFTER we got our vehicles for a good deal, by telling us we couldn't get a loan for 2 used cars EVEN with a co-signer. Then when my bank makes a mistake by not putting our overdraft protection into effect and the check for one of the vehicles we bought "bounced" we get threatening messages saying if they can't get a hold of us we'll go to jail. VERY rude, NEVER again... Not recommended. The only person easy to deal with was Roger their finance manager.

I had an experience with service department several months ago with my wife's dodge and caught them in a lie. when confronted there response was " we did not know you were looking!" I just inquired about a used truck this past weekend and they all but came right out an insulted me. I told them where I wanted to be on the price and they kept harassing me and insulting my manhood because i would not go any higher without consulting my wife! Needless to say they only had three customer the 6 hours that they had me there and did not sell a single one of them. I would feel better buying a car in Mexico, no offense!

I needed info on an additive for my diff., was told I needed it and it was going to run about $30. Called several other dealership parts departments and was told the additive was not needed in my truck. I also found a dealer down the street that sold the same additive of $6.50. I went by Five Star in Macon, Ga yesterday, they all look like criminals in suits....looking for their next victim

They used a bait and switch on us. We went in because of some repo Joe type of ad where they are supposedly trying to get rid of a certain number of vehicles and that anyone can drive off the lot in one for $49. Got there and found out it was true. Needed a truck that day and so after complaining they agreed to put us in one for $150 down. The price seemed reasonable but I wasn't sure. They convinced me that the price I was given was the blue book value. Showed me papers and went into some long speech about how they would not loan more than book value on a vehicle. I believed them. It made sense. Ended up paying $5000 over book value. I'm ready to sue these thieves . Contact me at dirtyal1@yahoo.com if you were ripped off.

Five Star sold my cousin a vehicle and had him sign on a blank contract. He Has a learning disability and can't read. The salesman told him "no problem, I'll read it to you. You can trust me." What a joke. They raked this man across the coals. He Draws a disability check for less than $500 a month and his used truck came to over 350.00. They took his trade in and charged him more for a used vehicle than a new one. These salesmen are unethical. This salesman should have sent my cousin home and told him To bring a family member to assist him. Hopefully what goes around comes around and I Hope this salesman gets his payback. Hell can't be hot enough for someone that will take Advantage of handicapped people and then brag about being the top salesman.

I work at the dealership for 1 month and learned quickly how dishonest the dealer was. The sales manager would literally jack prices around and over charge anyone he could. I witnessed (1st hand) a poor farmer pay $7000 more than the sticker price of a Ram. I quit right after the farmer left.

I would NEVER buy from them again! We spent a little over 3 hours with this dealership. We told the salesman that we wanted the lowest price and to tell us how much they would give us on a trade-in. And this guy kept running back and forth from his Mgr. to us and all the time we were just getting the run around! Then he said well are you willing to buy tonight and we said yes if the price is right and the payments are in our ballpark. Then we asked him what the interest rate was on someone with excellent credit history as we do have, and he really could not tell us!! HELLO!!!! How many cars does he think he is really going to sell???? He then gave all the paper work to the Finance Manager and we had to wait for that guy to call us back which took about one hour until he called us. That is absolutely ridiculous!!! We did end up buying, but I can tell you it will be the last time we buy from them. On top of that he could not even give us the manual to the new vehicle as he said it was locked up in another building along with the spare key! Needless to say, they are totally disorganized there and not very professional AT ALL!!!!
