I have bought 2 Dodge Rams and 1 Jeep Liberty from this dealership since November
of 2004. Since the new owner have come in to Cartersville at the beginning of
last year, The quality of this dealership has grown tremendously. My sales person
has always been helpful with any questions or needs that I have had. Their Service
department always provides me with a ride to wherever I need to go while my
car is being serviced. I always buy my vehicles new so everything on it is covered
under a Factory warranty. With my first Dodge Ram, there were problems with
the transmission but I always took it to Main Street for repairs and although
it is an inconvenience to have to leave your vehicle at a dealership, the service
advisor let me know that all work was covered under warranty, the problems were
always fixed and after me vehicle went out of warranty I started to have problems
again the advisor called the warranty company and because I had these problems
on record in the past they covered the repairs and replaced the transmission
in my car. I think this just goes to show that cars can be a pain but a good
service department can be just as frustrated as you but, be patient and you
will be taken care of.

I bought a 2003 Dodge Neon, I started having problems with the transmission
after about 2 months, i took the car back about 4 times and they never did anything
to correct the problem, i had to get my dad to take the car up there again before
they ever looked to see what was wrong with my transmission. with me being a
girl they were not gonna do anything but jerk me around... and when i did have
my car fixed they wouldn't give me a rental car because my "warranty"
didn't cover them.

Sales=Fair, Service=Poor, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
My wife and I purchased a new 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 quad-cab HEMI on 9/01/03.
We had never owned a Dodge product before, but had heard several complaints
from Dodge owners about the transmission. Before signing the dotted line, we
repeatedly asked the salesman "How reliable is the transmission".
He explained Doge had worked out all the "bugs" from previous years
and assured us we would be very satisfied with our new truck. Well, that was
definitely a line of sh*t! On 9/10/03 we noticed a spot on our drive way so
I crawled up under my "NEW" truck to find the son of a bi*ch leaking
transmission fluid. I took it to the dealership immediately to find out the
extension housing was cracked. They made me rent my own car from enterprise
and to top it off, it is a damn Neon. What the hell? They still have my truck
and are not sure when it will be fixed. They said they will call me when the
part arrives. Is that service or what? I will never buy a Dodge again.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor,
I bought my new 2001 Ram from these people. I took delivery of my truck at about
9:00 PM. The next morning I noticed it looked like a four year old had cleaned
it. I called and made a complaint about it and they said I'm sorry but didn't
bother to offer to fix the problem. About 1 1/2 months latter I called and set
up an appointment to have my oil changed and waited for over an hour with an
appointment. Then after making several complaints I was sent next door to their
Chevrolet Dealership where I waited an additional hour for a oil change. I was
also talked into purchasing a extended warranty where I would have worry free
maintenance. Right, now with less than 30,000 miles I'm having transmission
problems and was told that I would have to purchase a rental car myself. Upon
buying my truck I was assured that my extended warranty would cover these expenses.
So if you like poor service and being lied to by all means purchase your new
dodge at Main street in Cartersville Ga.
