I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Scott and Kyle. They treat me with the utmost respect each time I deal with them. I've been doing business @ Quality for the past 4 to 5 yrs. I return there every time I need a new car and will continue to do so. I didn't have the best experience with the service department but one called explaining my position solved the problem.

A family owned dealership solely concerned with the sale. Once my vehicle was paid for and delivered, the Jones' were through with me. Each department is headed by a Jones' making for a somewhat unfair alliance if and when problems occur. Incompetence reigns supreme throughout the dealership with poor communication between departments, incredibly poor service and body shop, and generally rude customer service. Although a great price on my vehicle, I was very disappointed with my buying experience with Quality Dodge and the Jones' Family's competency and sincerity. Avoid like the plague!! I will never buy from the Jones' again!!!!!!!
