My experience getting my 1996 van repaired at this Stone Mountain Chrysler/Dodge
dealership has been unbelievable. A brake sensor is supposedly the problem.
I brought my van in to be repaired over a week ago and it is still there. First,
they ordered the wrong part so that took up a day. Then, it was supposedly fixed
so I picked it up and paid them $335 but drove away and noticed the ABS light
was still on. I turned around and went back. They said it was a bad sensor but
would order the part the next day...The next day "someone forgot to order
the part." Another day with my car sitting at the dealership (but now they
have my money because the system was shut down when I left so they couldn't
refund me my money). One person told me my car would be fixed today, another
person told my husband tomorrow. I just hope my van is actually fixed when I
do get it back. When I mentioned getting a rental car, the person helping me
said she could get me one for only $30/per day. No rental car free of charge
for my trouble? This place offers no customer service and makes excuses for
the problems. I won't go back here again and will advise others to do the same.
