My sales experience was OK. The problem I have with Woodstock Dodge is their terrible customer service in the Service Dept. and the fact that they DO NOT honor the Factory Warranty. The first time in, they did not want to replace my stereo/cd player because it was intermittently failing. He said it may not be the radio, but one of 2 or 3 other modules causing the problem. When it failed again, I brought it in so he could hear it for himself. He then said he would order a new stereo without having a tech check it out to see if it was one of these other modules. All that mess about other modules was to avoid replacing my stereo. They did not want to honor the factory warranty. My second experience was the worst, but I'll try and be brief. My leather wrapped steering wheel had gradually over time had been discoloring, drying out, and looking flaky. I brought it in and the Service manager himself looked at it and said it was wear and tear and wouldn't replace it because Chrysler won't reimburse them. Anyway after going back and forth with these people 3 times I called Chrysler directly and they suggested going to another dealership for a second opinion and we'll go from there. Well the second dealership immediately agreed that it was a warranty issue and ordered me a new steering wheel and I had it replaced a few days later. Woodstock Dodge absolutely refused to honor the factory warranty and besides that they were rude throughout this experience to my me as well as my wife.
