Avoid this den of thieves unless you like to be ripped off! I paid nearly $2000.00 for an extended warranty from these jerks. When I went to get some warranty work done the "new" owners refused, saying that I had to come up with the whole amount of the repair and then submit a claim to some insurance agency and hope that they would reimburse me.
The story the new owners service manager gave me is as follows: When the former owner (Jim Ratigan) sold the warranties he kept the proceeds in a fund which he used for repairs, when the dealership changed ownership he took the money and disappeared to Florida. What a crock of crap! I have never heard of any sale of a business that did not include both assets and debts in the price, neither has my attorney. Both dealerships are cut from the same cloth if you ask me - CROOKS!
I wish I had seen their ratings on this site before I bought from them. If you don't feel like dealing with a dishonest dealership, then don't deal with these jerks!

Avoid it like someone using a gun in your back because they even give you a bad check for a refund on over charge items like license plates. And don't stand behind the product and service is the worst ever that I ever had in all the years of buying or autos across the country. They also refused service work on the unit they sell to you as well as the factor rep Lee Brown that places blocks on the unit as well so you have to park it till you attorney gets some action for you.
