Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid, I signed papers on a used truck, using my truck as a trade in. the sales staff did nothing but lie about the financing offered and bummped me up to a 23.5 APR. there finance manager Mary Crawford forged the docs to show the hidden fees. the list starting price on the truck was $17,500.00,next the staff returned and noted that because of my past business that failed over 3 years ago that the price would increase by $500.00. When the contract was signed the actual price listed was $18,200.00. after having the vehicle over 6 days I was called by Herb the salesman and advised he was going to pick-up the truck and return my vehicle. Herb left the shop at 9:30 am and did not show up until after 6pm local time wasting my Saturday. Stay away from these crooks, thieves and con artists. Also the vehicle was unsafe to drive bad u-joints listed on the check-off list. The entire staff at Dave Smiths Frontier Sales in Coeur d'Alene should Be investigated and the store closed.
